| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยการอาชีพ และวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในภาคตะวันออก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้จำนวน 215 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของลิเคิร์ท โดยแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ ปัจจัยการบริหารงานวิชาการมีอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .24-.90 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .98 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .44-.86 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่าง ในภาคตะวันออก ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านสภาพทั่วไปของสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน และปัจจัยด้านผู้ปกครองและชุมชน แต่ละปัจจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในภาคตะวันออกได้แก่ ด้านงานแผนกวิชา ด้านงานพัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน ด้านงานวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านงานวิทยบริการและห้องสมุด ด้านอาชีวศึกษาและระบบทวิภาคีและด้านงานสื่อการเรียนการสอน แต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในภาคตะวันออก พบว่า ตัวแปรการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองและชุมชนตัวแปรการพัฒนาครูทางด้านงานวิชาการ ตัวแปรสภาพเศรษฐกิจและครอบครัว ตัวแปรความรู้ความสามารถในเรื่องหลักสูตร และตัวแปรด้านอาคารสถานที่ สามารถ พยากรณ์คุณภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในภาคตะวันออกได้ร้อยละ 73.40 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้ Y= 0.348 + 0.273* (X4.3) + 0.182*(X2.3) + 0.176* (X4.1) + 0.172* (X3.1) + 0.111* (X1.1) Z= 0.315* (Z4.3) + 0.185* (Z2.3) + 0.231* (Z4.1) + 0.191* (Z3.1) + 0.127* (Z1.1) 4. แนวทางเสริมสร้างการบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยการอาชีพและวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างในภาคตะวันออก สังกัดคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาผู้บริหารต้องกำหนดเป้าหมายวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชัดเจน มุ่งส่งเสริมระบบการบริหารจัดการที่เน้นงานวิชาการ และสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ โดยคำนึงถึงความต้องการจำ เป็นของนักเรียนส่งเสริมสนับสนุน ให้บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาให้ได้รับการอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มพูน ความรู้และครูผู้สอนควรจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียน มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์สามารถใช้ความคิดระดับสูง มีเหตุผลและเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารสถานศึกษา | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study the factors those affected the quality of academic administration of industrial and community education colleges and polytechnic colleges in eastern region under vocational education commission. The sample consisted of 215 teacher selected by multistage sampling. The research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire. The questionnaire on factors affecting the quality of academic administration had the discriminative power value between .24 and .90 and reliability value was. 98 and the questionnaire on the state of academic administration had the discriminative power value between .44 and .86 and reliability value was .97. Data were analyzed by a mean ( X ), standard deviation (SD), Pearson ProductMoment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The factors affecting the quality of academic administration of industrial and community education colleges and polytechnic colleges in eastern region comprised of the general condition of the institution, school administrators, teachers, parents and communities which were rated at the high level. 2. The state of academic administration in college of industrial and community education colleges and polytechnic colleges in eastern region in eastern region in the aspects of departmental work, curriculum development, measurement and evaluation, resources and resources, vocational and bilateral, and instruction media were also rated at high level. 3. Analysis of the factors affecting the quality of academic administration of industrial and community education colleges and polytechnic colleges in eastern region under vocational education commission was found that the factors of parental involvement and community, teacher development in academic work, economic and family conditions, knowledge in curriculum, buildings and facilities were accounted for 73.40 percent of prediction with statistically significance at .05 level. The prediction equations were shown as follows: Y= 0.348 + 0.273* (X4.3) + 0.182* (X2.3) + 0.176* (X4.1) + 0.172* (X3.1) + 0.111* (X1.1) Z= 0.315* (Z4.3) + 0.185* (Z2.3) + 0.231* (Z4.1) + 0.191* (Z3.1) + 0.127* (Z1.1) 4. The enhancement of academic administration at the vocational college and polytechnic college in eastern region department of vocational education was that, the administrator must assign goals and purpose. They have to encourage and create a management system that focuses on academic work. Also encourage seriously on learning and consider the necessity of the student. Support and educate all personnel in the school to be trained to increase knowledge for develop students in real development. Teachers should organize activities that encourage students to be creative. Learners could use advanced thinking and logical. They should give the opportunity for the community to participate in the administration of the school. | |
