| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาองค์ประกอบของระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพแบบภควันตภาพ หลักสูตรการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำ สาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงแรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ภูมิภาคตะวันออก 2) ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพระบบ การพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ 3) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนจากระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ และ 5) ประเมินและรับรองระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อกรอบแนวคิดร่างต้นแบบระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ จำนวน 15 คน และ 2) นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 โรงเรียนวอนนภาศัพท์ จังหวัดชลบุรี ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ จำนวน 39 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ 2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน และหลังเรียน 3) แบบวัดทักษะการจัดการโรงแรม 4) แบบสังเกตคุณลักษณะการจัดการโรงแรม 5) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการจัดการโรงแรม 6) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน ต่อระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ และ 7) แบบประเมินเพื่อรับรองระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน E1/ E2 และการทดสอบค่าที ผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพแบบภควันตภาพ หลักสูตรการจัดการศึกษา เพื่อ การมีงานทำ สาขาวิชาการจัดการโรงแรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ภูมิภาคตะวันออก มีชื่อเรียกว่า “แผนโสภางค์พักตร์” มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ 2) การตรวจสอบความพร้อม 3) การศึกษาเนื้อหา 4) การฝึกการปฏิบัติ 5) การประเมินผล และ 6) การตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงระบบ ส่วนขั้นตอนของระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ ประกอบด้วย 7 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 วิเคราะห์ความพร้อม ขั้นที่ 2 ชี้แนะวิธีการเรียนแบบภควันตภาพ ขั้นที่ 3 ทดสอบก่อนเรียน ขั้นที่ 4 ศึกษาเนื้อหาสาระ ขั้นที่ 5 ทบทวนความรู้ ขั้นที่ 6 ฝึกปฏิบัติ และ ขั้นที่ 7 ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติ 2. ผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพที่ผลิตตามระบบ การพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ พบว่า มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/ E2 = 80/ 82.33 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ ที่กำหนด 80/ 80 3. ผลการศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียน ที่เรียนจากระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ พบว่า มีความก้าวหน้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.51, SD = 0.31) 5. ผลการประเมินและรับรองระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน พบว่า ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นต่อระบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ ฯ อยู่ในเกณฑ์ “เหมาะสมมาก” โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.37 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study was a research and development. The objectives of the study were: 1) to develop a ubiquitous professional competency development system on work employment program in hotel management for lower secondary school student in eastern region of Thailand 2) to validate the efficiency of the system performance; 3) to study the progress of students learning from the system; 4) to study the students' satisfaction towards the system; and 5) to assess and certify the qualifications system by the education expert. The samples used in this study were selected by multi-stage random sampling method, they were 1) 15 experts on system prototypes, and 2) 39 Mathayom Suksa 1-3 students in Chonburi Province. The instruments used in the study were; 1) the system prototype 2) learning achievement test 3) hotel management skill tests 4) hotel management observation form 5) attitude for hotel management, questionnaire 6) student satisfaction questionnaire on Competency Development System and 7) evaluation forms for performance development system by the experts. The basic statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Major Findings: 1. Professional development system for the ubiquitous educational administration for employment program in hotel management for junior high school student entitled “Sopangpuk Plan” Eastern region comprises of six components: 1) Situational analysis, 2) Check availability, 3) Study data, 4) Practice, 5) Assess and 6) Monitor and improve system. The system consists of seven steps: 1) Analyze the readiness; 2) Guide learning; 3) Conduct Pretest; 4) Study Information; 5) Review the Knowledge; Step 6) Practice and 7) Evaluate Performance. 2. Results of the performance testing of the professional development system for educational administration for employment program in hotel management for junior high school students in the eastern region for E1/ E2 was 80/ 82.33, it met the set of criterions 80/ 80. 3. The students’ learning progress was significantly increased at the .05 level. 4. Student satisfaction was at the high level. ( = 4.51, SD = 0.31) 5. The evaluation and verification result of the system by the experts was at the high level. ( = 4.37) | |
