dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนามาตรฐานการประเมินตามสภาพจริงของครู โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัย เชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม และวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and development) และการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษา วิเคราะห์สภาพ การประเมินตามสภาพจริงจากการตอบแบบสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) จากครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 2) การพัฒนามาตรฐาน ตัวบ่งชี้ และเกณฑ์การประเมินตามสภาพจริงโดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi technique) กับกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน 3) การทดลองใช้มาตรฐานการประเมินตามสภาพจริง โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม และ 4) การประเมินมาตรฐานการประเมิน ตามสภาพจริง โดยการประยุกต์ใช้มาตรฐานการประเมิน 4 มาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มีองค์ประกอบมาตรฐาน 8 มาตรฐาน ได้แก่ มาตรฐานที่ 1 คุณภาพครูผู้สอน มาตรฐานที่ 2 การกำหนดภาระงานการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง มาตรฐานที่ 3 การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง มาตรฐานที่ 4 สื่อการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง มาตรฐานที่ 5 การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ตามสภาพจริง มาตรฐานที่ 6 วิธีการและเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินตามสภาพจริง มาตรฐานที่ 7 เกณฑ์การประเมินตามสภาพจริง มาตรฐานที่ 8 การสรุปผลด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะกระบวนการและด้านคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน ผลการทดลองใช้มาตรฐานการประเมินตามสภาพจริงในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.87 และผลการประเมินมาตรฐานการประเมินตามสภาพจริงในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด ทั้ง 8 มาตรฐาน 26 ตัวบ่งชี้

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimsed to develop the Authentic Assessment Standards of the primary school teacher under the Office of the Basic Education Commission using Participatory Action research, research and Development and mixed methods. The research consisted of 4 steps: step 1) To analyze the status of the assessment according to the real situation from the questionnaire, in-depth interview of Primary School Teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission step 2) Development of standards, indicators and criteria based on Authentic Assessment using Delphi Technique with 17 experts, step 3) Using participatory action research; and step 4) Evaluating Authentic Assessment by applying the 4 dimensions appraisal standards. The result of the research was that the development of the 8 standards were: standard 1, Teacher quality. Standard 2: Determining the actual learning load. Standard 3: Teaching and learning activities that promote learning. 4 Standardized learning media. Standard 5: Measurement and evaluation. Standard 6: Methods and tools used in real-life assessment. Standard 7 Criteria for evaluation based on real conditions Standard 8 Summary of knowledge process skills and desirable characteristics of learners. The results of the evaluation of authentic assessment were at the highest level, with an average of 4.87, and the results of the evaluation based on the Authentic Assessment was at the highest level.
