| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารมืออาชีพ ตามความคิดเห็นของครูสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารมืออาชีพเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ คะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ทดสอบความแตกต่าง ระหว่างคู่ ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารมืออาชีพตามความคิดเห็นของครูสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารมืออาชีพตามความคิดเห็นของครูสหวิทยาเขตระยอง 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและด้าน การเป็นผู้นำที่มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านการเป็นผู้นำด้านการจัดระบบ และด้านการเป็นผู้นำ ด้านสังคมและชุมชน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและด้านการเป็นผู้นำด้านวิชาการ ด้านการเป็นผู้นำด้านสังคมและชุมชน และด้านการเป็น ผู้นำการพัฒนาตนเองในเชิงบริหาร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น โดยรวมและด้านการเป็นผู้นำด้านการจัดระบบ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study were to study and compare teachers’ opinion the concerning characteristics of professional administrators Rayong secondary school cluster 2 under the secondary educational service area office 18, as classified by gender, educational degree and work experience. The sample were 196 teachers in The Rayong secondary schools. The data collection instrument was a five-point-rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analyzed were percentage, Means, Standard Deviation, t-test ,One-way ANOVA and comparison by Scheffe’ Method. The study showed that: 1. The characteristics of professional administrators based on opinions of teachers of Rayong secondary school cluster 2 under the secondary educational service area office18, overall and each aspect, were at a high level. 2. The characteristics of professional administrators based on opinions of teachers Rayong secondary school cluster 2 under the secondary educational service area office 18, as classified by gender, overalland in moral-ethical leadership, system leadership, social and community leadership were statistically significant difference at the level of .05. when classified by teachers’ educational degree, the overall and academic leadership, social and community leadership, self-management development leadership were statistically significant difference at the level of .05. Classified by work experience, the overall and moral-ethical leadership, academic leadership, management leadership, self-management development leadership self-management development leadership were statistically significant differences at the level of .05. | |
