dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษากับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำ แบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครู โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบมาตราวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ตอนที่ 1 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ อยู่ระหว่าง .29-.87 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นมีค่า .96 และตอนที่ 2 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .55-.83 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นมีค่า .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (r) (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครู โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research was to study the transformational leadership of school administrators, commitment to school of teachers and the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and commitment of teachers under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area. The sample used in this reacarch was a group of 291 teachers under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area, in 2016 academic year. The intruments used for data collection was a five-point-rating scale questionnaire, the first part had discrimination power between .29-.87 and the reliability coefficient was at .96, and the second part had discrimination power between .55 and .83 and the reliability coefficient was at .95. Statistics used included Means, Standard Deviations and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of research were: 1. The transformational leadership of school administrators under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area, both overall and individual aspect, was at a high level. 2. The commitment to school of teaches under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area, both overall and individual aspects, were at high level. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and commitment of teacher under the Office of Trad Primary Education Service Area were positively correlated at a medium level, and it was having a significantly significant at .01 level.
