dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา การฝึกอบรม และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการ พนักงานครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง จำนวน 228 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการหาค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สภาพการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง โดยรวมและรายด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้ดังนี้ ด้านการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ครูโดยตรง ตามลำดับ 2. สภาพการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา การฝึกอบรม และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to study internal situations concerning supervision of schools under Laem Chabang Municipality and to compare internal situations concerning supervision of schools under Laem Chabang Municipality as classified by education, training and work experience of teachers and educational personel. The samples of this research were 228 government teachers, teachers and educational personel working in schools under Laem Chabang Municipality. The research instrument employed for the data collection was a set of five-pointed-rating-scale questionnaire which the item discrimination power was .50 - .87. and the coefficient reliability was .98. The statistics used for analyzing data were Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results of the study were as follow: 1. The internal situations concerning supervision of schools under Leam Chabang Municipality in overall and each aspect was found at a high level by order in descending order to first 3 sequences: professional experience, curriculum development, and teachers direct assistance. 2. The internal situations concerning supervision of schools under Leam Chabang Municipality as classified by education, training and experience showed no statically significant difference.
