| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู ของครูในเขตอำเภอพานทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในอำเภอ พานทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 152 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ .56-.90 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) การทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของครูในอำเภอพานทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายมาตรฐานอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น มาตรฐานที่ 8 การปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่ผู้อื่นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู ของครูในอำเภอพานทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ และประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of research were to study and compare the performance of of teachers according to professional standards of school teachers in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by academic positions and work experience of teachers. The samples were 152 teachers in schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument employed for the data collection was a set of five point rating scale questionnaire. The item discrimination power was between .56-.90 and the coefficient reliability was at .97. The statistics in the study were Mean, Standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and comparison pairs test by Scheffe’s method. The findings of the study found as follow; 1. The state performance of teachers according to professional standards of school teachers in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall and each aspect, was rated at a high level, except the standard 8 (self practice for good model to others) which was at the highest level. 2. The comparison of the performance of teacher professional standards of school teachers in schools in Phanthong district under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by academic positions and work experience of teachers, in overall and each aspect, was statistically significant difference at the .05 level. | |
