| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสอนคนตาบอดพระมหาไถ่พัทยาในพระราชูปถัมภ์ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่เป็นบุคลากรของทางโรงเรียน ทั้งระดับผู้บริหารและปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 18 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (Structured or standardized interviews) และใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบเนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบปัญหาที่สำคัญ คือ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าได้แก่ หลักสูตร โรงเรียนขาดแคลนผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความสามารถในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ขาดครูที่เข้าใจวิธีการสอนเด็กตาบอดซึ่งปัญหาดังกล่าวเป็นปัญหาใหญ่และสำคัญที่จะกระทบต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนในทุก ๆ มิติ ด้านกระบวนการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ยังไม่ครอบคลุมและไม่ตอบสนองความต้องการที่แท้จริงของนักเรียน ด้านผลลัพธ์ พบว่า ตัวชี้วัดหลายตัวไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับโรงเรียนทำให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ไม่สอดคล้องกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นจริง แนวทางการพัฒนา คือ พัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีความเป็นปัจจุบัน สอดคล้องต่อสภาพสังคม เพิ่มทักษะของครู แบ่งกลุ่มความพิการตามระดับของพัฒนาการ จัดหาสื่อการเรียนการสอนให้เพียงพอ จัดบรรยากาศการเรียนการสอนให้หลากหลาย การวัดผลประเมินผลควรมีความสอดคล้องกับลักษณะความพิการ ส่งเสริมการนำเอาผลงานวิจัยมาปรับใช้ในการเรียนการสอน รัฐบาลควรเข้ามาช่วยสนับสนุนในการจัดหาสื่อและเทคโนโลยี จัดให้มีการศึกษาดูงาน สร้างระบบสวัสดิการที่ดี และเป็นศูนย์กลางในการเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับคนพิการ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to study problems and solution guidelines for the development of academic administration for Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in Chonburi Primary Education Service Area 3. A qualitative research was the approach in this study. Data collection technique in this study was an in-depth interviews. Informants in this study were 18 school personnel from both operations and management levels. Structured interview was employed in this study. To analysis the data, this study used the technique called ‘Content Analysis”. This study revealed that the most serious problems were the lack of curriculum development and the insufficiency of school personnel. It is clearly understood that teaching visually impaired students is never easy and such obstacles cause a severe impact on the development of the schools’ quality and potential in all aspects. The learning process appears to be incomprehensive and is unable to meet the actual needs of the blind students. Furthermore, the study showed that various key indicators are not applicable to the school and; as a consequence, the existing results are inconsistent with the subjects of the said issues. For solution guidelines, it is required to develop up-to-date learning curriculum corresponding to the actual social environment as well as maximize skills and abilities of school teachers. Classifying the blind students according to their physical and psychological development levels can be a practicable alternative. School personnel are expected to provide the blind students with adequate learning tools and desirable learning environment. The evaluation of the blind students’ performance should be conducted based on their disability characteristics. It is also suggested to adapt productive research results into each learning class. Meanwhile, the government is required to give the school a helping hand in allocating efficient learning tools and modern technology with the introduction of fun-filled study tours and beneficial social welfares, served as a knowledge sharing center for people with blindness and disability. | |
