| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพหลักสูตรการศึกษามหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา ภาควิชาการบริหารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ตามเกณฑ์การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา CUPT QA โดยใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์คณาจารย์และนิสิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 32 ท่าน ได้แก่ กรรมการหลักสูตร นิสิตปริญญาโท ปีการศึกษา 2558 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพหลักสูตรการศึกษามหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชา การบริหารการศึกษา ภาควิชาการบริหารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ตามเกณฑ์การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา CUPT QA ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านกระบวนการคัดเลือกนิสิต ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ ด้านการเรียนรู้ตลอดหลักสูตร ได้พัฒนาคุณลักษณะของนิสิต ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ได้แนวทางการพัฒนาโดยนิสิตควรศึกษาข้อมูลรายละเอียดของหลักสูตรตามรายละเอียด ของหลักสูตรภาควิชาการบริหารการศึกษาที่เน้นพัฒนาผู้เรียน และเข้าถึงการเรียนการสอน และความสัมพันธ์ของหลักสูตร เพื่อเน้นพัฒนาผู้เรียนสร้างนวัตกรรม ผลงานทางวิชาการใหม่ ๆ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aimed to study and compare problems so well as propose guidelines for the development of Master program in educational administration of the faculty of Education, Burapha University under Council of the University Presidents of Thailand Quality Assurance criteria. The data collection methods included interviewing with faculty members and students, and academic staff. There were 32 informants including, course directors and master students in the academic year 2558. The findings revealed as follows: Problems and guidelines for the development of Master program in educational administration of the faculty of Education, Burapha University under Council of the University Presidents of Thailand Quality Assurance criteria were curriculum, instructors, teaching management, student selection process, learning environment, learning throughout the course for development student characteristics, measurement and evaluation for development guidelines. Suggestions suggested that the student should study the details of the course which focuses on developing learners and access to teaching and course relationship for innovation inventive and new academic works. | |
