dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมพลังอำนาจด้านจิตวิจัยสำหรับอาจารย์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐใหม่ ศึกษาวิจัยในรูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and development) ดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาการเสริมพลังอำนาจ ด้านจิตวิจัย (Research mind) สำหรับอาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐใหม่ จำนวน 299 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ รูปแบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 ท่าน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบ กับอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐใหม่ ได้ทำการทดลองกับมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 1 แห่ง โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ ใบกิจกรรม ขั้นตอนที่ 1-6 ในการฝึกปฏิบัติ และขั้นตอนที่ 4 ประเมินรูปแบบการเสริมพลังอำนาจด้านจิตวิจัย ตามเกณฑ์การประเมินของ Stufflebeam (1981 อ้างถึงใน ศิริชัย กาญจนวาสี, 2554) สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน มัธยฐานและพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการเสริมพลังอำนาจด้านจิตวิจัยสำหรับอาจารย์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐใหม่ มีลักษณะเป็นแผนภูมิโครงสร้าง ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ด้านการช่วยเหลือสนับสนุน ด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านทรัพยากร และ ด้านโอกาส โดยในกระบวนการจะมีการบูรณาการด้านจิตวิจัยในการเสริมพลังอำนาจ ประกอบด้วย การรับรู้ การตอบสนอง การเห็นคุณค่า การจัดระบบคุณค่า และการสร้างลักษณะนิสัยตามค่านิยม รูปแบบการเสริมพลังอำนาจด้านจิตวิจัยสำหรับอาจารย์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐใหม่นี้ สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงสำหรับอาจารย์ และสามารถพัฒนาอาจารย์ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ มีคุณภาพในผลงานวิจัยมากขึ้น มีความเหมาะสม และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาการเสริมพลังอำนาจ และช่วยเพิ่มพูนให้เกิดการพัฒนาตนเองด้านการวิจัย

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research and development study aimed to develop research mind empowerment’s model for instructors of new Autonomous universities. The study was done in 4 stages: Stage 1: Research (R1), study the research mind empowerment, the samples in this research were 299 new government university instructors and depend on research mind for new university instructors of the state. Stage 2: Developing the model (D1), examining the model’s quality by 17 academic experts. Stage 3: Research (R2), implementing the research mind empowerment’s model with university instructor. The researcher selected a specific type university, The research tool was the activity sheet with 6 steps. Stage 4: Development (D2), assessing the developed empowerment model based on Stufflebeam’s evaluation criteria. The research statistics was mean, standard deviation, t-testing, the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), component analysis, median and interquartile range and qualitative data analysis with content analysis. The study results was that research mind empowerment’s model for instructors of new Autonomous universities, consisted of 5 elements as follows: Cognition, support, communication and information, resources and opportunities. The research mind empowerment model’s process integrated cognitive empowerment, including perception, response, appreciation, value system and values habit formin. This cognitive research mind empowerment’s model for instructors of new Autonomous universities can be used for instructors and academic officers, the university instructors can develop the knowledge and the quality of research’s understanding. Finally, the cognition model is beneficial, to develop the empowerment development and help increasing self-development to research.
