| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อ ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ค้นหาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุระดับผู้เรียนและระดับสถานศึกษา สร้างและพัฒนาโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุแบบพหุระดับของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาที่จัดการเรียนการสอนอาชีวศึกษาภาคภาษาอังกฤษ รูปแบบ Mini English Program สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เรียน ผู้สอนและผู้บริหาร จำนวน 1,150 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi stage random sampling) ตัวแปรทำนายระดับผู้เรียน ได้แก่ ความรู้พื้นฐานเดิม (GPA) คุณลักษณะภายในผู้เรียน (DIS) พฤติกรรมการเรียน (BEV) เศรษฐสังคมผู้ปกครอง (SES) และสภาพแวดล้อมภายในครอบครัว (ENV) ตัวแปรทำนายระดับสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ ความเชี่ยวชาญผู้สอน (EXP) คุณภาพการสอน (QUA) เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (TEC) วิสัยทัศน์ผู้บริหาร (VIS) ภาวะผู้นำผู้บริหาร (LEA) บรรยากาศ (CLI) และวัฒนธรรมสถานศึกษา (CUL) ตัวแปรตาม คือ ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาที่วัดจากความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร (ABIL) และคะแนน การทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติด้านอาชีวศึกษา (VNET) เครื่องมือ คือ แบบสอบถามจำนวนสามฉบับ มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content validity) ระหว่าง 0.853-0.895 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) ระหว่าง 0.889-0.982 ใช้โปรแกรม SPSS วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานและค่าสถิติเบื้องต้น และโปรแกรม Mplus 7.4 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพหุระดับ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ตัวแปรสังเกตได้ระดับผู้เรียนในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับปานกลาง ระดับสถานศึกษาในภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมาก ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การกระจายค่าความเบ้และค่าความโด่งของทั้งสองระดับผ่านตามเกณฑ์ 2. ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร (ABIL) ระดับปานกลาง และมีคะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติด้านอาชีวศึกษา (VNET) ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานระดับประเทศ 3. ตัวแปรความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสาร (ABIL) และตัวแปรคะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติด้านอาชีวศึกษา (VNET) มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้นเหมาะสม (Intraclass correlation coefficient: ICC) 4. โมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุพหุระดับมีผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาที่จัดการเรียนการสอนอาชีวศึกษาภาคภาษาอังกฤษ รูปแบบ Mini English Program สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จำแนกเป็น 2 ระดับ ได้แก่ ระดับผู้เรียน โดยพิจารณาจากค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดล ได้แก่ ค่า 2 = 93.984, df = 36, p = 0.0000, 2/df = 2.611, RMSEA = 0.040, CFI = 0.984, TLI = 0.971, SRMRw = 0.027, SRMRb = 0.001 ระดับสถานศึกษาโดยพิจารณาจากค่าสถิติที่ใช้ตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดล ได้แก่ ค่า 2 = 755.847, df = 298, p = 0.0000, 2/df = 2.536, RMSEA = 0.039, CFI = 0.928, TLI = 0.912, SRMRw = 0.027, SRMRb = 0.123 | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of the research were to study the college effectiveness, finding the causal problem concerning student problem and school problem, and to develop a multilevel causal model of the factors those affected the effectiveness of the vocational school that teach in English with Mini-English Program under the Vocational Education Commission. The sample of the study comprised to students, teachers and administrators in the organization with the total 1,150 persons from 50 colleges, derived from a multi-stage random sampling. The predicting variable of student level were background knowledge (GPA), distribute of students (DIS), learning behavior (BEV), socioeconomic of parents (SES)and, family environment (ENV). The predicting variables at the college level were, teacher expert (EXP), teaching quality (QUA), technology (TEC), leader vision (VIS), leadership (LEA), climate (CLI) and culture of college (CUL). The Dependent variable was the Mini-English Program effectiveness that composed of, student English ability in communication (ABIL) and Vocational Education Test (VNET), The data were collected with three questionnaires with the content validity of 0.850-0.859, the reliability of 0.889-0.982. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics using SPSS program and the Multilevel Causal Models with Mplus 7.4 The finding were as follows: 1. The observed student variable was at a moderate level, while the college variable was at high level. The Coefficient variation, the Skewness, and the Kurtosis met the standard. 2. Most of students had moderate English communication ability and met the criteria of the National Vocational Education Test. 3. The students’ English communication ability and the National Vocational Education Test correlated at the Intraclass Correlation (ICC). 4. The Multilevel causal model of the factors affected the effectiveness of the college both students level and college level were consistent with the empirical data at the statistical significance of .01 level. The student level was consistent with the empirical data with 2 = 93.984, df = 36, p = 0.0000, 2/df = 2.611, RMSEA = 0.040, CFI = 0.984, TLI = 0.971 SRMRw = 0.027, SRMRb = 0.001 The college level was also consistent with the empirical data with 2 = 755.847, df = 298, p = 0.0000, 2/df = 2.536, RMSEA = 0.039, CFI = 0.928, TLI = 0.912, SRMRw = 0.027, SRMRb = 0.123 | |
