dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษา ระบบทวิภาคีของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้และประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิธีดำเนินการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีที่เหมาะสมกับประเภทวิชาช่างอุตสาหกรรมโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพประกอบด้วยการสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group) จำนวน 24 ท่าน ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 1,005 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถาน ประกอบการ ครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ หัวหน้างานอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี และนักศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 4 ชุด ประกอบด้วย 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาสภาพทั่วไป 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการสนทนากลุ่ม 3) เครื่องมือการประเมินความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องของรูปแบบ 4) แบบประเมินประสิทธิผลของระบบ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. รูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ด้านบุคลากร 2) ด้านหลักสูตร 3) ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล 4) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 5) ด้านความร่วมมือกับสถานประกอบการ 2. ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของโมเดลรูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกค่า 3. ผลการประเมินประสิทธิผลของมาตรฐานด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความถูกต้องทุกมาตรฐานมีผลประเมินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this study were: 1) to study the management of dual vocational education system in colleges under the office of vocational education, 2) to develop the Dual Vocational Education System in colleges under the office of vocational education, 3) to implement and evaluate the developed management the model of dual vocational education system by using the participatory action research method. In this study, the qualitative and quantitative research methods were used to investigate the development and the management of dual vocational education system which is suitable for Industrial trade. The participatory action research was used for the quantitative research used in this study. The focus group consisted of 24 people for the qualitative research method. For the quantitative method, questionnaire was used for data collection 1,500 questionnaires were given to college administrator, company administrator, trainer in the workplace and head office of dual vocational education. The tools were 1) the general information, 2) the focus group tools, 3) the evaluation form of the suitable and consequence of the dual vocational system, 4) the evaluation system from. The finding were as follows: 1) There are 5 factors of dual vocational education system model included personal, curriculum, assessment and evaluation, learning, workplace cooperation 2) The result of the structural model validation from CFA of the dual vocational education system model shows the goodness of the fit to the empirical data with statistical significant at the level 0.01 3) The standards evaluation of utility, feasibility, propriety and accuracy were at a very high level.
