dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่องการบริหารภารกิจศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนาการณีศึกษาพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของกำลังพลต่อการบริหารภารกิจศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา พื้นที่ภาคเหนือ และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของกำลังพลต่อการบริหารภารกิจศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา พื้นที่ภาคเหนือ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกำลังพลในสำนักงานพัฒนาภาค 3 หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา จำนวน 267 นาย ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) การบริหารภารกิจศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา พื้นที่ภาคเหนือ โอยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงเป็นอันดับหนึ่งได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการ รองลงมา ได้แก่ บุคลากร วัสดุอุปกรณ์และลำดับสุดท้าย ได้แก่ งบประมาณ (2) กำลังพลที่มีระดับชั้นยศ และพื้นที่รับผิดชอบแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารภารกิจศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา พื้นที่ภาคเหนือ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ในขณะที่กำลังพลที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงานแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารภารกิจศูนย์บรรเทาสาธารณภัย หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา พื้นที่ภาคเหนือไม่แตกต่างกัน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The administration the Mitigation of Mitigation Center, Armed Development Command: A case study of Northern Areas. The objectives of this research were to study the opinions of personnel staff officers for the administration the Mission of Mitigation Center, Armed Forces Development Command of Northern Areas and to compare the opinions of personnel staff officers for the administration the Mitigation Center, Armed Forces Development Command of Northern Areas by classifying personal factors. The sample of this research consisted of 267 people of personnel staff officers in 3rd Armed Forces Development Command by using the questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency Table, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, T-test, F-test and LSD. The results of this research were found that (1) the administration the Mission of Mitigation Center, Armed Forces Development Command of Northern Areas, the overall was rated at high level. The first part was the administration, followed by the personnel and materials and the last part was budget. (2) the personnel staff officers who had the rate levels and the different areas that gave the opinions for the administration the Mission of Mitigation Center, Armed Forces Development Command of Northern Areas that were significantly different statistic at .05 level. While the personnel staff officers who were different in age, the education and the work experiences but the opinions were not different to the administration the Mission of Mitigation Center, Armed Development Command of Northern Areas.
