dc.description.abstractการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้บริหารงานพัสดุกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กร ปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสระแก้ว และเพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารงานพัสดุ ส่งผลกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสระแก้ว เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการกำหนดตัวอย่างแบบตามความสะดวก (Convenience sampling) จํานวน 400 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Average) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Multiple linear regression analysis การศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานระบบการจัดซือจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสระแก้ว โดยผู้กรอกแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 31-41 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทํางานในตําแหน่งลูกจ้างชั่วคราว และมีระยะเวลาในการทํางานตั้งแต่ 1-5 ปี และสามารถสรุปผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานได้ว่า ปัจจัยด้านข้อมูลทั่วไปส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงาน ระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสระแก้ว และปัจจัยด้านการปฏิบัติงานด้านระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสระแก้ว ส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการบริหารงานระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ และระบบบัญชีคอมพิวเตอร์ขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดสระแก้ว

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were to investigate the factors influencing the optimization of public procurement management, computer accounting systems of local government organizations in Sa Kaeo province, public procurement practices and computer accounting systems of local government organizations in Sa Kaeo province, all of which affected the administrative efficiency of local administrative organizations in Sa Kaeo province. Data were collected using questionnaires as a research tool. 400 samples were randomized, using convenience sampling. Statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics which consisted of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and inference statistics which consisted of multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that personal factors affected the optimization of public procurement management and computer accounting systems of local government organizations in Sa Kaeo Province. Most of the respondents are female, aged from 31-40 years old and they were temporary employees and their a duration of employment was1-5 years. To hypothesis testing, it could be concluded that general information factors affected the optimization of public procurement management and computer accounting systems of local government organizations in Sa Kaeo province. In addition, performance factors in the public procurement system and computer accounting systems of local government organizations in Sa Kaeo province affected the optimization of public procurement management and computer accounting systems of the local government organization in Sa Kaeo province.
