dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัย มีขั้นตอนดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้น 2) การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัย 3) การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัย สรุปผลนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัยและจัดทำคู่มือการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัย โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi technique) ในการพัฒนารูปแบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 19 คน และใช้การสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group) ในการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัยจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 8 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัย มีองค์ประกอบ 7 ด้าน 40 รายข้อ คือ 1) ด้านบุคลากร จำนวน 6 ข้อ 2) ด้านงบประมาณ จำนวน 6 ข้อ 3) ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์และเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก จำนวน 6 ข้อ 4) ด้านการจัดการ จำนวน 6 ข้อ 5) ด้านการตลาด จำนวน 5 ข้อ 6) ด้านการจัดการความเสี่ยง จำนวน 5 ข้อ 7) ด้านประเด็นจริยธรรมในการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัย จำนวน 6 ข้อ ผลการวิจัยมีความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปปฏิบัติและสามารถนำเสนอเป็นคู่มือการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬาผจญภัยแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study is to develop the management model for adventure sports tourism that consists of 3 stages; 1) Primary data study 2) The development of management model for adventure sports tourism 3) Examination of the suitability and feasibility of management model for adventure sports tourism, conclusion of management model for adventure sports tourism and to conduct the manual of management model for adventure sports tourism using Delphi Technique with 19 experts and focus group to examine the suitability and feasibility of management model for adventure sports tourism from 8 honorable specialists. The study shows that there are 7 aspects with 40 items concerning the management model for adventure sports tourism i.e. 1) Human resources; 6 items. 2) Budget; 6 items. 3) Materials, equipment and facilities; 6 items. 4) Management; 6 items. 5) Marketing; 5 items. 6) Risk management; 5 items. 7) Ethic of adventure sports tourism; 6 items. Research result shows that the management model for adventure sports tourism is practical and can be further conducted as a manual for concerning organizations to be utilized to the fullest.
