| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านตำบลมาบโป่ ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการปฏิบัติงาน แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน และความรู้ด้านสาธารณสุขของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขของตำบลมาบโป่ ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านของตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี ประชากรคืออาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในเขตตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 106 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และทดสอบปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพนธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson correlation coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ (Multiple regression) ด้วยวิธี Enter ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลมาบโป่งมีผลการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งประเมินจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพบว่า ร้อยละ 77.36 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทุกครั้งมีเพียงร้อยละ 6.60 ที่ไม่เคยเข้าร่วมและการศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานพบว่า มีแรงจูงใจอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีแรงจูงใจด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมสูงสุด รองลงมาด้านความเจริญก้าวหน้าและด้านการดำรงชีพ ส่วนใหญ่อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน มีความรู้ด้านสาธารณสุขอยู่ในระดับดีจากการทดสอบ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานพบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 12 ตัว ร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของผล การปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้ร้อยละ 23.00 โดยพบว่า มีเพียงตัวแปรอายุ และการประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านอย่างงมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขมีอายุเพิ่มขึ้น 1 ปี จะทำให้ผลการปฏิบัติงานลดลง .077 คะแนน และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ประจำหมู่บ้านที่ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างมีผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านสูง กว่าอาชีพอื่น 1.39 คะแนน และเมื่อพิจารณาตัวแปรอิสระที่มีอำนาจในการทำนายที่ดีที่สุด คือ การประกอบอาชีพรับจ้าง | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to examine the performance, work motivation, and knowledge of public health among village public health volunteers working in Mab Pong sub-district, Amphoe Panthong, Chon Buri Province. Also, this study intended to investigate factors influencing these village public health volunteers’ performance. The population of this study was 106 public health volunteers working in Mab Pong sub-district, Amphoe Panthong, Chon Buri Province. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. The test of Pearson Product Moment Coefficient was administered to determine the factors affecting these volunteers’ performance. The test of Multiple Regression was also administered. The results of this study revealed that, based on the evaluation of activity participation among these public health volunteers, 77.36 % of them attended the activities every time on a regular basis.Only 6.67% of them had never joined the activities. In addition, regarding a level of work motivation, these volunteers demonstrated a high level of work motivation. Specifically, the aspect of work motivation in relation to social integration was rated the highest, followed by the aspects relating to job advancement and way of earning their living. Also, the subjects demonstrated a good level of knowledge on public health care. Based on the test of 12 factors, it was shown that they accounted for the subjects’ performance at 23 %. Only the variables of age and way of earning their living statistically influenced the volunteers’ performance at a significant level of .05. In other words, the increase of 1 year in the subject’s age, their performance would decrease .077 point. Finally, the subjects who earned their living as a daily hired workers demonstrated a higher level of performance of 1.39 points. Thus, the independent variable in relation to way of living as a daily hired worker was best predictive of the subject’s performance. | |
