| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานขับรถเทรเลอร์ในเขตพื้นที่ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานขับรถเทรลเลอร์ในเขตพื้นที่ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานขับรถเทรลเลอร์ในเขตพื้นที่ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานขับรถเทรลเลอร์ในเขตพื้นที่ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง จำนวน 200 คน โดยใช้การเลือกแบบตามความสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐาน ด้วย Independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA และกรณีที่ความแปรปรวนไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขใช้ค่า Welch และ Brown-Forsythe โดยใช้การทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Scheffe’s และ Dunnett C ผลการศึกษา พบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานขับรถเทรลเลอร์ในเขตพื้นที่ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีคุณภาพชีวิตด้านการได้รับค่าตอบแทนที่เพียงพอ และยุติธรรมสูงสุด คือ มีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับดี รองลงมาคือ ด้านสภาพการทำงานที่คำนึงถึง ความปลอดภัยถูกสุขลักษณะและสุขภาพของพนักงาน ด้านความก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงาน ด้านการบูรณาการทางสังคมหรือการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านประชาธิปไตยในองค์การ ด้านลักษณะงาน ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม มีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านโอกาสพัฒนา ขีดความสามารถของตนเอง และด้านความสมดุลระหว่างงานกับชีวิตส่วนตัว มีคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างไม่ดี และเมื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานขับรถเทรลเลอร์ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ขนาดของบริษัท ประเภทสินค้าที่ขนส่ง และสวัสดิการที่แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนพนักงานขับรถเทรลเลอร์ที่มีสถานภาพสมรส ประสบการณ์ขับรถ ช่วงเวลาปฏิบัติงาน ที่แตกต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to examine a level of quality of work life among trailer drivers who were working at Laem Chabang Port and to compare their level of quality of work life as classified by personal and working factors. The subjects participating in this study included 200 trailer drivers working at Laem Chabang Port who were recruited by a convenient sampling technique. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data were frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. To test the research hypotheses, the tests of t-test and one-way ANOVA were administered. Also, the test of Welch and Brown-Forsythe was employed if the violations to the assumption were found. The tests of Scheffe and Dunnett C were administered to test the differences between pairs. The results of this study revealed that the level of quality of work life among trailer drivers who were working at Laem Chabang Port was at a moderate level. Specifically, the aspect of quality of work life in relation to fair and adequate compensation was rated the highest, followed by the aspects relating to safe and hygienic working conditions, job advancement and security, social integration or collaboration, democracy in the organization, types of work that benefit society. All of these mentioned aspects were rated at a moderate level. The aspect of quality of work life in ration to the balance between work and personal life was rated at a rather poor level. Also, based on the test of hypotheses, there were statistically significant differences in the level of quality of work life among the trailer drivers with different age, educational level, amount of income, company size, types of transported goods, and fringe benefits at a significant level of .05. Finally, no statistically significant differences were found in the level of quality of work life among the trailer drivers with different marital status, driving experience, and working schedule. | |
