| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเรื่อง “คุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวนกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์” มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย 2 ประการ คือ เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน กองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวนในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านการทํางาน ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัวและปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้การวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นายทหารชั้นประทวน สังกัดกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ จํานวน 187 นาย เครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, One-way ANOVA, Welch และ Brown-Forsythe ผลการศึกษา พบว่า นายทหารชั้นประทวน กองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ มีคุณภาพชีวิตในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับกลาง ๆ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็ นรายด้าน พบว่า นายทหารชั้นประทวนมีคุณภาพชีวิตด้านจิตใจมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ คุณภาพชีวิตด้านความสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม คุณภาพชีวิตด้านร่างกาย และคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ตามลําดับ ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของนายทหารชั้นประทวน กองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ พบว่า นายทหารชั้นประทวนที่มีอายุระดับการศึกษา อายุราชการ ระดับชั้นยศ สถานภาพสมรส จํานวนบุตร ที่อยูอาศัย เงินเดือน อาชีพเสริมของครอบครัวและการเข้าร่วม โครงการพัฒนาอาชีพเสริมต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตไม่แตกต่างกัน ขณะที่นายทหารชั้นประทวนที่ได้รับสวัสดิการจากทางราชการต่างกันจะมีคุณภาพชีวิตแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยพบว่า นายทหารชั้นประทวนที่ได้รับสวัสดิการจากทางราชการอย่างเพียงพอ มีคุณภาพชีวิตสูงกว่านายทหารชั้นประทวนที่ได้รับสวัสดิการจากทางราชการไม่เพียงพอ | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study has two objectives. The first is to study the quality of life of noncommissioned officers of the2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard. The second is to compare the quality of life of non-commissioned officers based on their unique personal factors, work, family and economic factors. This study was survey research. The sample size of the survey was 187 non-commissioned officers of the2 nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard. The tool used in collecting information for the study was a questionnaire. The statistical tools employed for the study to analyze collected data include frequency, percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Welch and Brown-Forsythe. The results of the study demonstrated that the quality of life of non-commissioned officers of the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard was at a medium level. The quality of life for each factor can be ordered from highest to lowest as follows: psychological domain, social relationships, physical domain, and environmental. Based on the results from the comparison, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life of non-commissioned officers regarding the differences in age, education background, serving time in the Battalion, marital status, number of children, residence, salary, extra occupations and participating in professional development projects. Noncommissioned officers with different welfare benefits, however, had a different quality of life with the level of statistical significance set at .05. Non-commissioned officers with sufficient welfare benefits had a better quality of life than those with insufficient welfare benefits. | |
