| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัย “สภาพปัญหาและแนวทางจัดการความขัดแย้งในชุมชนของคณะกรรมการศูนย์ยุติธรรมชุมชน ตำบลหนองหาน อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาความขัดแย้งในชุมชนตำบลหนองหาน อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางจัดการความขัดแย้งในชุมชนของคณะกรรมการศูนย์ยุติธรรมชุมชน ตำบลหนองหาน อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือกลุ่มที่ 1 คณะกรรมการศูนย์ยุติธรรมชุมชน ตำบลหนองหาน จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มที่ 2 ประชาชนในชุมชนที่เคยเข้ารับการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทจากศูนย์ยุติธรรมชุมชน จำนวน 3 คน และกลุ่มที่ 3 ประชาชนในชุมชนที่ไม่เคยเข้ารับการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทจากศูนย์ยุติธรรมชุมชน ตำบลหนองหาน จำนวน 3 คน ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาความขัดแย้งในชุมชนตำบลหนองหาน พบว่า ชนิดของความขัดแย้งเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการแย่งที่ดินทำกิน การแบ่งปันมรดกการลุกล้ำที่ดินทำกิน ความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาชิกในครอบครัวการเล่นการพนันและปัญหาการแย่งน้ำเพื่อการเกษตรโดยระดับของความขัดแย้งที่เกิดขึ้นมีทั้งในส่วนที่มีความรุนแรงค่อนข้างรุนแรงและไม่รุนแรง สาเหตุของความขัดแย้งส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากความไม่ลงตัวในผลประโยชน์และความขัดแย้งในด้านความคิดเห็น และผลของความขัดแย้งได้ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อความสัมพันธ์ของคู่กรณีที่เกิดความขัดแย้ง ส่วนผลการศึกษาแนวทางที่ใช้ในการจัดการความขัดแย้งในชุมชนของคณะกรรมการศูนย์ยุติธรรมชุมชน ตำบลหนองหาน อำเภอหนองหาน จังหวัดอุดรธานี พบว่าการใช้กระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยจากผู้นำชุมชน หรือผู้ที่คนในชุมชนให้ความเคารพนับถือ เป็นกระบวนการที่ทำให้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งยุติธรรมได้อย่างรวดเร็ว | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was twofold. First, it aimed at examining the existing problems of the community conflicts in Nong Han sub-district, Amphoe Nong Han, Udonthani Province. Also, this study attempted to propose solving guidelines for community conflict management of the committee for community justice center. The major informants participating in this study comprised three groups of people. The first group consisted of three committees who were working for the community justice center. The second group comprised 3 people who used to receive a dispute compromise from the community justice center. The third group included 3 people who had never received any service in relation to dispute compromise from this center. The results of this study revealed that the types of community conflicts included land conflicts, inheritance division of property, land trespassing, political conflicts, relationship of family members, gambling, and water conflict for agricultural use. These problems were rated very severe, somewhat severe, and not severe. The causes of the conflicts were resulted from the conflicts of benefits and opinions. These conflicts directly affected the relationships of both conflicting parties. Regarding the solving guidelines for community conflict management, it was suggested that there should be a dispute compromise initiated by community leaders or respectful people in the community which would result in quick conflict resolutions. | |
