dc.description.abstract	โครงการวิจัยเรื่อง ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้การทำอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกในการเก็บผลไม้ ให้แก่ เกษตรกรชาวสวนผลไม้ จังหวัดระยอง ทำการศึกษา ณ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนส่งเสริมอาชีพเกษตร พอเพียง หมู่ 12 ตำบลตะพง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง ทำการเก็บข้อมูลตามแบบสอบถามด้วยการ สัมภาษณ์ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณซึ่งประกอบด้วย เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ หลัก อาชีพรอง ประสบการณ์สถานภาพของการท าเกษตร รายได้ของครัวเรือน และรายได้จากการ ทำการเกษตร และเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตก่อนเข้าร่วม โครงการและด้านสุขภาพ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจ านวน 20 คน ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2563 ถึงเดือน ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2564 โดยมีการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ แล้วน าข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณด้าน ประสิทธิภาพการใช้เครื่องมือจากอัตราเร็วในการเก็บเงาะ น้ำหนักของผลเงาะที่ได้และจากผลการ ทดสอบด้านคุณภาพของผลเงาะและเกิดการบอบช้ำ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The research topic entitled “the knowledge transfer of fruit harvesting equipment to fruit farmers was performed at the community enterprise of promote sufficiency farming, which was located at Moo 12 Tapong place, Mueang district, Rayong Province. The questionnaire together with interview were used for the quantitative data including gender, age, marital status, educational level, primary and secondary occupations, experience, farming status, household and agricultural incomes. the qualitative data was the problems and obstacles of fruits harvesting before joining the project and their health. There were 20 members who enrolled in the research project from July 2020 to December 2021. The workshop was also operated. Data was analyzed using quantitative statistics for the efficiency of equipment which were consideration from collection speed by cutting the fruit pole within a minute, gain weight of rambutan per minute and the quality of harvesting in terms of the breaking out of the bunch and bruising of the fruit.	th_TH
