การพัฒนาโปรแกรมคลังข้อสอบด้วยไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนพัฒนาโปรแกรมคลังข้อสอบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับรวบรวมข้อสอบที่มีคุณภาพไว้ในงาน และจัดสอบบนคอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรมประกอบด้วยส่วนสำคัญ 3ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่1 สำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบที่สามารถกำหนดสิทธิผู้ที่สามารถเข้าใช้งาน การจัดการระบบทะเบียนวิชา และการจัดการสรุปคะแนนสอบบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ส่วนที่ 2 สำหรับอาจารย์ เพื่อใช้ในการจัดระบบการออกข้อสอบ การตรวจวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบ ส่วนที่3 สำหรับนิสิตที่สามรถเข้าสู่ระบบการสอบบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านระบบเครือข่ายและการดูแลคะแนนสอบของตนเองได้การออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ 1)รายการออกแบบกระบวนการทำงาน และการออกแบบฐานข้อมูล ได้แก่ ระบบการสร้าง/ปรับปรุงข้อสอบแบบเลือกตอบ ระบบการคัดเลือกข้อสอบ/แบบทดสอบ ระบบการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบ การพิมพ์แบบทดสอบ และการรายงานผลการสอบ 2) การออกแบบส่วนประสานงานกับผู้ใช้ เป็นลักษณะโต้ตอบกับผู้ใช้แบบกราฟฟิก 3) การออกแบบระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน ซึ่งแต่ละขั้นตอนผู้วิจัยได้ออกแบบให้เหมาะสมกับ ความต้องการของผู้ใช้ในสถาบันการศึกษา โปรแกรมที่ใช้พัฒนาคลังข้อสอบ คือโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์ แอคเซส เวอร์ชั่น 2003 (Microsofl Access 2003) ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเปรียบเทียบผลการทำงานขอโปรแกรมกับผลที่ได้จากโปรแกรมสิรี (SIREE) ที่คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ใช้งานอยู่จำนวนหลายครั้ง และการทดลองใช้งานจริง ภายหลังการปรับปรุงแก้ไขโปรแกรมและการใช้งานจริง ปรากฏว่า ผลของการคำนวณและการทำงานของโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นได้ผลเช่นเดียวกันผลที่ได้จากโปรแกรมสิรี

The main purpose of this research was to construct and develop in computerizes item bank program for collecting quality item tests and organizing online examination. The program consists of three main parts, namely, Administrator part, Instructor part and Student part. The administrator part can handle the user, organize every record include score reporting system. The instructor part can organize an item test examination, checking, analyzing and reporting in the examination process. For the student part, the student can access data if she gives permit from the instructor through online examination and she can see her score. The design and development of program compose of the fallowing 1) processing design and data-based design as well as creating/ improving item test system, selecting item test system, item test analysis system, and reporting system 2) user interface design which is graphic user interface and 3) security design. Each part was designed to suit the needs of users in an education institute. The program was written in Microsoft access, version 2003 running under window system. With the same set of data and test items, their results were tested and compared repeatedly with SIREE program which generally use by Faculty of Nursing, Burapha University. After the programs had been adjusted, modified and field tested for some time, it was found that the result from the sources were exactly the same.
