dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนสาธิต " พิบูลบำเพ็ญ " มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และเปรียบเทียบความต้องการของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามอาชีพของผู้ปกครอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาเป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ถึงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 347 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างมีระบบ (systematic random sampling) และใช้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ถามเกี่ยวกับความต้องการที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน 5 ฝ่าย คือ ฝ่ายบริหาร ฝ่านวิชาการ ฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน ฝ่ายปกครองและฝ่ายบริการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานและ F-test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ แสดงความต้องการต่อการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนระดับมากทุกฝ่าย โดยเฉพาะการบริหารงานฝ่ายบริการให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาฝ่ายวิชาการ ฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน ฝ่ายปกครองและฝ่ายบริหาร ตามลำดับ 2. เปรียบเทียบความต้องการของผู้ปก ครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามอาชีพ ปรากฏว่า ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของโรงเรียน ในแต่ละกลุ่มอาชีพและรวมทุกอาชีพไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. แบบสอบถามฉบับนี้มีความเชื่อมั่นแต่ละด้านอยู่ในช่วง 0.81 ถึง 0.88 และรวมทั้งฉบับมีค่า 0.95 หาโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า 4. ผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแนวทางการนำผลการวิจัยไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอนและบริหารงานฝ่ายต่างๆ ของโรงเรียนth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were to investigate the needs of the parents towards the administration of the "PIBOONBUMPEN" demonstration school, and to compare the needs of the parents that classified by professions. The sample of this study consisted of 347 parents Mathayomsuksa 2 to Mathayomsuksa 6 students selected by systematic random sampling method using the sample size of yamane's table. The instrument employed to collect the data was a rating scale questionnaire asking for the needs towards the administration of the school in five following aspects : the administrative affairs, the academic affairs, the student affairs, the disciplinary action affairs and the service affairs. Fundamental statistics and F-test were utilized to analyze the data. As the result of analysis it was found that : 1. Many parents expressed the needs towards the administration of the school at a high level in all aspects. The most needed was the service affairs, the others were from more to less as following; academic affairs, students affairs, disciplinary affairs, and administrative affairs. 2. The needs of the parent with different profession were not found of being significantly different. 3. The reliability of each item of the questionnaire by coefficient varied from 0.81 to 0.88 and for the whole questionnaire it was found of being 0.95 . 4. The researcher suggested various ways to apply the research findings in the improvement of the school administration.en
