| dc.description.abstract | บริบท ความผิดปกติทางโครงสร้างของเส้นเลือดแดงโคโรนารีเป็นความผิดปกติที่พบได้ยาก และมีความหลากหลายทางอาการแสดงของระบบไหลเวียนโลหิต วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนำเสนอตัวอย่างรายงานผู้ป่วยที่พบความผิดปกติของเส้นเลือดแดงโคโรนารีด้านขวาที่มีจุดกำเนิดจากเส้นเลือดเอออตาร์ขาขึ้น วิธีการศึกษา เก็บข้อมูลจากผลการตรวจหลอดเลือดหัวใจด้วยเครื่องเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการศึกษา พบความผิดปกติของเส้นเลือดแดงโคโรนารีด้านขวามีจุดกำเนิดจากเส้นเลือดเอออตาร์ ขาขึ้นในผู้ป่วย เพศหญิง อายุ 70 ปี โดยไม่มีอาการแสดงทางคลินิก สรุป ความผิดปกติทางโครงสร้างของเส้นเลือดแดงโคโรนารีพบได้น้อยมาก และมีอาการแสดงหลากหลายตั้งแต่ไม่แสดงอาการไปจนถึงสามารถทำให้เสียชีวิต โดยในรายงานฉบับนี้นำเสนอความผิดปกติของเส้นเลือดแดงโคโรนารีด้านขวาที่มีจุดกำเนิดจากเส้นเลือดเอออตาร์ขาขึ้นในผู้ป่วยที่ไม่แสดงอาการทางคลินิก | th_TH |
