| dc.description.abstract | บทนำ หัตถบำบัดเป็นการรักษาทางกายภาพบำบัดที่นิยมใช้แพร่หลาย การเรียนรู้โดยเฉพาะภาคปฏิบัติจัดเป็นมาตรฐานหลักสูตรของวิชาชีพกายภาพบำบัด ซึ่งยังไม่สามารถประเมินความแม่นยำปริมาณแรงของปริมาณแรงกดได้ชัดเจน วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาความเที่ยงตรง และความน่าเชื่อถือของเตียงรักษาทางหัตถการ ที่มีแผ่นรับและรายงานแรงกด วิธีการศึกษา วางวัตถุหนัก 1, 2, 3, 4 และ 5 กิโลกรัม ลงบนเครื่องชั่งน้ำหนักที่มีมาตรฐาน หลังจากนั้นวางลงบนเตียงที่มีแผ่นรับแรงกด วางนิ่ง 5 วินาที และยกขึ้น 5 วินาที ทำซ้ำ 3 ครั้ง ผลการศึกษา ตาชั่งมาตรฐานและเตียงรับแรงกดสามารถรายงานผลได้อย่างน่าเชื่อถือ สามารถทำหน้าที่รับแรงกดได้อย่างเที่ยงตรงและน่าเชื่อถือ (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.857) สรุป เตียงรับแรงกดสามารถส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และการฝึกภาคทฤษฎีและโดยเฉพาะภาคปฏิบัติที่ต้องมีการประเมินแรงกดที่กระทำต่อโครงสร้างผู้ป่วย ทำให้สามารถประเมินผลได้ทันทีว่าสามารถส่งแรงในปริมาณที่เหมาะสม การศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่าเตียงรับแรงกดสามารถรายงานผลได้อย่างเที่ยงตรงและน่าเชื่อถือ สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ประกอบการเรียนการสอนได้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Background: Manual Therapy is an important part of a physical therapy program. However, the standard physical therapy teaching program involving manual forces, especially in practice, has not been objectively established regarding accuracy and precision. Objectives: This study aimed to test the validity and reliability of a prototype manual therapy table, equipped with a force plate and force display. Material and Methods: Weights of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 kg. were placed consecutively on a prototype massage table equipped with a force plate and force display, and compared with a standard scale’s readings. Each weight was held for 5-second periods and repeated in triplicate to determine precision. Results: The prototype massage table had a high degree of reliability and validity in reporting applied forces (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.857). Conclusion: The prototype massage table with force plate and display, can enhance physical therapy training, providing practical real time force feedback, allowing trainees to adjust their force. The table is highly reliable and may be useful for the physical therapy teaching process. | en |
