dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมชุดความรู้ที่จำเป็นในการพฒันารูปแบบมาตรฐานวชิาชีพ และ นำเสนอแนวทางพฒันามาตรฐานวชิาชีพบรรณารักษ์สำหรับบรรณารักษ์ไทยต่อองค์กรวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องให้พิจารณานำไปใช้ประโยชน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบรรณารักษ์จากห้องสมุดประเภทต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 576 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒ จำนวน 36 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบบันทึกการ ประชุม โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความจำเป็นที่จะตอ้งมีมาตรฐานวชิาชีพ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมว่าจำเป็นต้องมี การพัฒนามาตรฐานวิชาชีพบรรณารักษ์และประกาศใช้ในระดับ มากที่สุด สอดคล้องกับความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทุกคนที่เห็นว่าบรรณารักษ์ไทยควรจะมีมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ 2. รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมของมาตรฐานวิชาชีพบรรณารักษ์ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่าควรให้มี พระราชบัญญัติวิชาชีพ มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพที่มีความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ใช้เป็นหลักฐานอ้างอิงได้ และกำหนดให้ผู้ประกอบอาชีพบรรณารักษ์ต้องมีคุณวุฒุดา้นบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์ โดยมีองค์กรวิชาชีพเป็นผู้กำกับดูแล 3. ความคาดหวังในบทบาทของมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ ในภาพรวมพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามคาดหวังว่า มาตรฐานวิชาชีพจะช่วยคุ้มครองผู้ประกอบอาชีพบรรณารักษ์ให้สามารถผลักดันภารกิจด้านการอ่านและการ บริการสารสนเทศแก่สังคมความรู้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งพัฒนาวิชาชีพให้ดำรงอยู่ได้ในสังคมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ส่วนความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิคือ มาตรฐานวิชาชีพจะสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้บรรณารักษ์มีความภูมิใจในวิชาชีพและช่วยให้เกิดความเชื่อมั่นในคุณภาพบัณฑิต	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to gather the knowledge set necessary to develop a professional standard model. And present guidelines for the development of professional Standard for Thai librarians to relevant professional organizations to consider and use. The sample group is a librarian from 6 types of libraries, 576 people across the country and 36 experts by using statistical software to analyze data Research results can be summarized as follows: 1. The need for professional standards respondents have an overall opinion that it is necessary to develop professional librarianship standards and announcements at the highest level. Consistent with the opinions of all the experts who saw that Thai librarians should have professional standards. 2. Appropriate forms of professional librarian standards is there should be a professional law. There is a professional license which is sacred and can be used as a reference. And assigning librarians to have qualifications in library and information science with professional supervising. 3. Expectations in the role of professional standards In the overall picture, it was found that Respondents expect Professional standards will help protect librarians to be able to effectively drive reading and information services to the knowledge society. Including professional development to survive in a changing society.
