dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 1,359 คน ตัวแปรที่ศึกษาประกอบด้วยตัวแปรแฝง 5 ตัว ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ บรรยากาศโรงเรียนที่เน้นด้านวิชาการ การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจให้กับครู การรับรู้ความสามารถของคณะครูในภาพรวมและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามของตัวแปรแฝง ที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนทั้ง 4 ตัวแปร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ในการหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และใช้โปรแกรม LISREL 8.80 Student Edition ในการพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน คือ ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ บรรยากาศโรงเรียนที่เน้นด้านวิชาการ การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจให้กับครู การรับรู้ ความสามารถของคณะครูในภาพรวม โดยปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการมีอิทธิพลโดยรวมต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนมากที่สุด และโมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์กลมกลืนระดับดี ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนได้ ร้อยละ 83	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to develop and validate a causal relationship model of factors related to principals’ administrative behaviors affecting student achievement under the Office of Basic Education Commission, based on the concepts of instructional leadership, school academic climate emphasis, teacher empowerment and collective teacher efficacy. The sample, derived by means of stratified random sampling, consisted of 1,359 teachers in the academic year 2008. There were five latent variables namely, instructional leadership, school academic climate emphasis, teacher empowerment, collective teacher efficacy, and student achievement. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires on the four latent variables related to principals’ administrative behaviors. SPSS was used to derive descriptive statistics; LISREL 8.80 Student Edition was used to validate the causal relationship model. The finding revealed that there were 4 major factors affecting student achievement under the Office of Basic Education Commission: instructional leadership, school academic climate emphasis, teacher empowerment and collective teacher efficacy. The total effect of instructional leadership factor was found having most effect on student achievement. The test result of empirical model was well fit, and the effects in the model showed that the path coefficient could be predicted 83 percent.	en
