dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยชีวสังคม ลักษณะงาน สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานและแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรีและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยชีวสังคม ลักษณะงาน และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานกับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 54 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย (X) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ไค-สแควร์ (Chi-square) และวิธีวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ เพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ลักษณะงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับมาก และแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เพศมีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ วุฒิทางการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามกัน ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ในทิศทางเดียวกัน และรายได้มีความสัมพันธ์กับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ในทิศทางเดียวกัน 3. ลักษณะงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (r = .68) และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับแรงจูงใจในการทำงานของครูชาวจีนที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดชลบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ในระดับสูง (r = .88)th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this study were to study the factors of bio-social, job characteristics, job environment and job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province, and study relationship between the factors of bio-social, job characteristics, job environment with job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province. The Sample of 54 Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province was selected to participate in the study. The data were then analyzed by using Mean, Standard deviation, Chi-square and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The job characteristics of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province were found at a high level. The job environment of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province was found at a high level. The job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province was found at a high level. 2. Gender was not statistically related to job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province. Educational qualifications were statistically related to job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province with statistical significance at p < .05 in the reverse direction. Experiences were statistically related to job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province with statistical significance at p < .05 in the same direction. Salary was statistically related to job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province with statistical significance at p < .05 in the same direction. 3. Job characteristics were statistically positive relatively to job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province a at high level (r = .68) with statistical significance at p < .05 Job environment was statistically positively related to job motivation of the Chinese teachers in Chon Buri province at a high level (r = .88) with statistical significance at p < .05en
