| dc.description.abstract | การทำงานประจำให้เป็นงานวิจัย (Routine to Research: R to R) ทางการศึกษาประกอบด้วยงานวิจัยสถาบัน (Institute Research) เป็นงานวิจัยที่มีขอบเขตการอ้างอิงภายในสถาบันเป็นการศึกษาค้นคว้าให้ได้ข้อมูล (Data) สารสนเทศ (Information) และองค์ความรู้ (Body of Knowledge) สำหรับผู้บริหารสถาบันนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการตัดสินใจในการบริหารสถาบัน ผลงานวิจัยสถาบันมีความน่าเชื่อถือ นำไปสู่การปรับปรุง พัฒนาสถาบันให้มีความก้าวหน้า ทันเหตุการณ์ เป็นงานวิจัยที่ไม่เน้นในการอ้างอิงไปสู่สังคมระดับกว้างและงานวิจัยปฏิบัติในชั้นเรียน (Classroom action research: CAR) เป็นการดำเนินการกับประชากรโดยตรงคือตัวนักเรียนที่ครูพบปัญหาเป็นงานวิจัยขนาดเล็กนับเป้นงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) ใช้วิธีการประยุกต์แนวทางการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development: R & R) เป็นการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริง คือนักเรียนของครูยังขาดทักษะบางอย่างที่ครูตั้งวัตถุประสงค์ไว้แล้วยังไม่บรรลุ หรือมีปัญหาพฤติกรรมในการเรียนรู้ เป็นงานวิจัยที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะไม่ได้เพียงหมายถึงการเก็บข้อมูลจากนักเรียนในห้องเรียนแล้วจะเป้นงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนเสมอไป | th_TH |
