| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนา การดำเนินงานบริหารจัดการสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพ ที่เข้าร่วมแข่งขันฟุตบอลไทยแลนด์ พรีเมีย ลีก 2008 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผูวิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยอาศัยกรอบแนวคิดตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพ ของการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย และสหพันธ์ฟุตบอลแห่งเอเชีย มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .99 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสโมสรฟุตบอลอาชีพ รวม 68 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารระดับสูง 11 คน ผู้บริหารระดับกลาง 9 คน และผู้บริหารระดับล่าง 48 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. 2.ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการดำเนินงานบริหารจัดการ จำแนกตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารระดับสูง ผูบริหารระดับกลางและผู้บริหารระดับล่าง พบว่าระดับปัญหาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารระดับกลางกับผู้บริหารระดับล่าง โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน (p<.05) 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการดำเนินงานบริหารจัดการ ตามลักษณะอายุของสโมสรคืออายุระหว่าง 1-5 ปี กับอายุมากกว่า 5 ปี โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน (p>.05) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study state problems and management development direction of professional football clubs participated in 2008 Thailand Premier League. The questionnaire used for the study was developed based on the framework concepts of professional football clubs career. sport Authority of Thailand and Asian Football Confederation. Content validity was between 0.80-1.00 with the reliability of .99. The participants consisted of 68 administrators, 11 of which were high ranking managers 9 were middle. managers and 48 were first managers. Percentage. means. standard deviation. F-test and t-test were used for statistical analysis. The results of the research concluded that: 1. The most management and development techniques used of professional football clubs, participated in 2008 Thailand Premier League, is on the requirement of 16 full time professional players on the team. The least technique however used is club house and member activity services. In general, the management problem of team is at moderate level. Suggestions for team management development are to have at least 2 million baht for register capital and any individual can invest with the club and receive support from the government. Club officers, sport fields,security system and souvenir shop should be renovated. Finally, professional football clubs should pay more attention in staff development. 2. Middle managers are significantly different, on the opinions of the level of the management of the administrations, from first managers (p<.05). 3. 1-5 year-old clubs were not significantly different. on the opinions of the level of the management of the administrations, from the over 5-year-old clubs (p< .05). | en |
