| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ จังหวัดชลบุรี ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ จังหวัดชลบุรี ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา สาขาวิชาที่จบ และประสบการณ์ในการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 109 คน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 15 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเรื่องสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ จังหวัดชลบุรี ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9985 และ แบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อการศึกษาเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (-x=3.948) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการเตรียมการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีการปฏิบัติในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (-x=2.045) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการเตรียมการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีปัญหาในระดับน้อยทุกด้าน 3. ความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูคณิตศาสตร์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (-x=3.571) และเมื่อพิจาณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการเตรียมการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ การวัดและประเมินผล และความสามารถในการเป็นครูคณิตศาสตร์ ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพในระดับมากทุกด้าน ส่วนด้านความรู้ เนื้อหาคณิตศาสตร์ ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพในระดับปานกลาง 4. ครูคณิตศาสตร์ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีสภาพ และปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ไม่แตกต่างกัน และมีความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 5. ครูคณิตศาสตร์ที่จบสาขาวิชาต่างกันมีสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้ไม่แตกต่างกัน 6. ครูคณิตศาสตร์ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนต่างกันมีสภาพ และปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่มีความต้องการเพิ่มสมรรถภาพความรู้และการจัดการเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

The sample of the study consisted of 109 mathematics teachers from 15 schools in Chonburi province under Office of the Basic Education Commission. Instruments of this study were interviews and questionnaires with reliability of the questionnaires equal 0.9985. The results revealed that: 1. The status of teaching management of mathematics teachers is at the high level (-x=3.948) and in terms of teaching preparation, learning management and measurement and evaluation founded teaching management of mathematics teachers are at high level. 2. The problems of teaching management of mathematics teachers are at the low level (-x=2.045) and in terms f teaching preparation , learning management and measurement and evaluation founded teaching management of mathematics teachers are at the low level. 3. The need for enhancement of content and teaching management competency of mathematics teachers are at the high level (-x=3.571) and in terms of teaching preparation, learning management, measurement and evaluation and ability to mathematics teachers founded needs for enhancement of content and teaching management competency of mathematics teachers are at high level but in terms of content, needs for enhancement of content and teaching management competency of mathematics teachers are at middle level. 4. The status of teaching management and the problems of teaching management of mathematics teachers who have different degrees of education are not significantly different. But the needs for enhancement of content and teaching management competency of mathematics teachers who have different degrees of education are significantly different at 0.05 level 5. The status of teaching management, the problems of teaching management and the need of enhancement of content and teaching management competency of mathematics teachers who have different area of study are not significantly different. 6. The status of teaching management and the problems of teaching management of mathematics teachers who have different teaching experience are not significantly different. But the needs for enhancement of content and teaching management competency of mathematics teachers who have different teaching experience are significantly different at 0.05 level. | en |
