dc.description.abstract	การแยกเชื้อแอคติโนมียชีทจากดินบนเกาะช้าง จังหวัดตราดจำนวน 10 ตัวอย่างเพื่ทาสเตรปโตมัยซีส ซึ่งเป็นแอคดิโนมัยชีทสกุลที่พบว่ามีการสร้างสารแอนติไบโอติกมากที่สุด โดยใช้อาหาร Starch Casein Agar พบแอคติโนมัยชีททั้งหมด 1/5 ไอโซเลต จากการตรวจสอบโดยใช้วีทางสัณฐานวิทยารวมทั้งวิธีทางเคมี คือวิเคราะห์ชนิดของกรดไดอะมิโนไพมิลิค และน้ำตาลที่พบในการย่อยสลายเซลล์ทั้งเซลล์ (whole-cell hydrolysate) สามารถจำแนก Strepyomyces ได้ 30 ไอโซเลต และจัดแบ่งกลุ่มตามสีสปอร์ (spore mass) ได้ 5 กลุ่ม สีของสปอร์สีเทาแยกเชื้อได้ 9 ไอโซเลต ได้แก่ Strepyomyces T6-30 Strepyomyces T2-41. Strepyomyces T6 17. Strepyomyces T6-29. Strepyomyces T6-38. Strepyomyces T6-43. Strepyomyces T6-57. Strepyomyces T6-60. และ Strepyomyces T7-21 สีของสปอร์สีขาวแยกเชื้อได้ 12 ไอโซเลต ได้แก่ Strepyomyces T2-36. Strepyomyces T2-43. Strepyomyces T3-23. Strepyomyces T3-28. Strepyomyces T5-1. Strepyomyces T5-6. Strepyomyces T5-7. Strepyomyces T5-14. Strepyomyces T6-40. Strepyomyces T9-11. Strepyomyces T9-40. และ Strepyomyces T10-6. สีของสปอร์สีเหลือง น้ำตาลแยกเชื้อได้ 4 ไอโซเลต ได้แก่ Strepyomyces T5-9. Strepyomyces T10-12. Strepyomyces T10-14. และ Strepyomyces T10-31. สีของสปอร์สีแดง ส้ม แยกเชื้อได้ 4 ไอโซเลต ได้แก่ Strepyomyces T6-15. Strepyomyces T7-18. Strepyomyces T9-17. และ Strepyomyces T10-8. และพบ Strepyomyces ที่มีสีสปอร์สีเขียวด้วยอีก 1 ไอโซเลต	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	Ten soil sample from Koh Chang. Trad province were collected and isolated for Actinomycetes to screen for Strepyomyces, the most antibiotic producing genus by using Starch Casein Agar. By chemical studies of diaminopimelic acid in wall peptidoglycan. Sugar pattern in whole-cell hydrolysates and morphological study. 30 isolates of Streptomyces were found out of 175 isolates of actinomycetes. All Streptomyces were grouped according to spore mass color. Nine isolates were found in gray spore mass: Streptomyces T2-30. Streptomyces T2 41. Streptomyces T6-17. Streptomyces T6-29. Streptomyces T6-38. Streptomyces T6-43. Streptomyces T6-57. Streptomyces T6-60 and Streptomyces T7-21. Twelve isolates were found in white spore mass: Streptomyces T2-36. Streptomyces T2-43. Streptomyces T3-23. Streptomyces T3-28. Streptomyces T5-1. Streptomyces T5-6. Streptomyces T5-7. Streptomyces T5-14. Streptomyces T6-40. Streptomyces T9-11. Streptomyces T9-40 and Streptomyces T10-6. Four isolates were found in yellow and brown spore mass: Streptomyces T5-9. Strepyomyces T10-12. Strepyomyces T10-14. and Strepyomyces T10-31. Four isolates were found in red and orange spore mass: Strepyomyces T6-15. Strepyomyces T7-18. Strepyomyces T9-17. and Strepyomyces T10-8. And one isolates of green spore mass. Strepyomyces T10-15.
