| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1 ทำให้ทราบถึงปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการศึกษาดูงาน และความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาดูงานในรายวิชา การจัดการผลิตและการดำเนินงาน ประจำปีการศึกษา 2556 (2) ศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ของกระบวนการการจัดการการศึกษาดูงานกับความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาดูงานในรายวิชา การจัดการผลิตและการดำเนินงาน และ (3) นำข้อมูลไปเป็นหลักฐานข้อมูลในการบูรณาการและพัฒนานิสิต ซึ่งเป็นทุนมนุษย์ของทางคณะการจัดการและการท่องเที่ยว ประชากรในการวิจัย คือ นิสิตคณะการจัดการและการท่องเที่ยวที่เรียนวิชา การจัดการผลิตและการดำเนินงาน ปีการศึกษา 2556 สำหรับการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถาม โดยเลือกทุกหน่วยประชากร จำนวน 722 คน แต่สามารถเก็บแบบสอบถามได้พียง 586 ชุด และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทำการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test Independent) การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ใช้วิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD) และการคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการศึกษาดูงานใน 4 ด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านวิทยากร ด้านกิจกรรมและสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ ด้านกระบวนการจัดโครงการ และด้านความปลอดภัยในการเดินทาง นิสิตพอใจอย่างยิ่งและได้รับประโยชน์จากการศึกษาดูงานอย่างยิ่ง ส่วนในด้านกิจกรรมและนำไปใช้ นิสิตพอใจมากและได้รับประโยชน์จากการศึกษาดูงานมาก และจากการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า นิสิตที่มีเพศแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจของการศึกษาดูงานไม่แตกต่างกัน ในด้านชั้นปีการศึกษาของนิสิตและสาขาวิชาของนิสิตที่แตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจของการศึกษาดูงานแตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านวิทยากรและด้านกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาดูงานที่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาดูงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของการศึกษาดูงานมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางบวก ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.01 และมีระดับความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง โดยมีค่า r เท่ากับ 0.832 อย่างไรก้อตามการจัดการศึกษาดูงานเพื่อพัฒนานิสิตซึ่งเป็นทุนมนุษย์นั้นต้องมีความสอดคล้องกับบริบทของสาขาวิชาชีพและสามารถนำไปบูรณาการและประยุกต์ใช้ได้ต่อไปในอนาคต | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aims (1) to examine factors that influence and satisfaction of students with the visual education in production and operations management (POM) academic year 2013. (2) to study the relationship management process and satisfaction of students with the visual education in POM, and (3) to the information are into a database for the integrated and development of human capital, a student of the Faculty of Management and Tourism. The samples of this study consist of all students of Faculty of Management and Tourism enrolling in the POM in semester 2 of academic year 2013. The quantitative data is collected through questionnaire, and the data are analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and correlation, while statistics differences are analyzed by t-test Independent. One Way analysis of Variance and pair comparison are arranged by Least Significant Difference (LSD), and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The findings show that the satisfactions of students with the visual education are considered from 4 aspects: knowledge giver, project management, activity and implementation, and traveling safety. The overall student’s satisfaction test shows that the students are satisfied with the Project and they have obtained a lot of knowledge. The students are highly satisfied with the activity and implementation. The result of the hypothesis test shows that sex difference does not affect the achievement of the visual education. The difference of student’s study year and major affects the achievement of the visual education especially in terms of knowledge giver and project management with statistical significance of 0.05 And correlation analyses between the project management are related to satisfaction of the visual education relationship in a positive direction. Significant at the 0.01 level and has a high correlation value equal to 0.832. However, the visual education for the development of human capital, a student must be consistent with the context of Professional fields. And can be integrated and applied in the future. | en |
