dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อวัฒนธรรมวิจัย ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมวิจัยตามแนวคิดแบบเสริมสร้าง พลังอำนาจในโรงเรียนมัยยมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ บุดลากรทางการศึกษาใน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 666 คน และในระยะที่สอง ใด้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และคณะบุคลากรโรงเรียนที่มีผลงานวิชาการ นวัตกรรมหรือวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ จำนวน 2 โรงเรียน รวมผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ทั้งสิ้น 17 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อวัฒนธรรมวิจัยในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ในการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน โดยใช้โปรแกรม LISREL 8.72 เพื่อวิเคราะห์โมเดลปัจจัยเชิง สาเหตุ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมวิจัยใน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า คุณลักษณะของผู้วิจัย สภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร และการสนับสนุน การวิจัยขององค์กร มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อวัฒนธรรมวิจัย ทั้งนี้สภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร และการสนับสนุนการวิจัยขององค์กร ยังมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อคุณลักษณะของผู้วิจัย โดยรูปแบบ การพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมวิจัยตามแนวคิดแบบเสริมสร้างหลังอำนาจในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ได้แก่ การพัฒนาศักยภาพครูเพื่อส่งเสริมให้มีการทำวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง การสร้างบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อ การทำวิจัย และการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากโรงเรียนในด้านทรัพยากร การวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงให้ เห็นว่า วัฒนธรรมวิจัยก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งในระดับบุคคลและองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับรูปแบบการพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมวิจัยตามแนวคิดแบบเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจใน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to; I) study the causal factors that affect the development of research culture in secondary schools, 2) study the model of development of research culture through empowerment approach in the secondary schools. The sample consisted of 666 teachers in secondary schools in Chachoengsao province, and 17 directors and staffs in two schools for interview. The research instrument included the questionnaire on factors affecting the development of research culture in secondary schools and the interview guide. The statistics used included mean and standard deviation, the LISREL 8.72 and the content analysis. The results indicated that the factors that affected the research culture in secondary schools were; researcher characteristic, organizational environment, and organization research supporting directly affected the research culture. The organizational environment and the organization research supporting directly affected the researcher characteristic. The model of development of research culture through empowerment approach in secondary comprised of; developing research skill for teachers, developing the organizational climate and financial support. The study result indicated that the research culture at both the individual and organization level have made personal and organization continual change. This supported the development model of the research culture through empowerment approach in the secondary schools.
