dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการสัตหีบ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียน วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการสัตหีบ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) จำนวน 214 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการสัตหีบ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating scale) และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแนวทางพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการสัตหีบ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง 0.34-0.65 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการสัตหีบ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน และด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน ตามลำดับ 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพณิชยการสัตหีบ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา มีดังนี้ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารทุกฝ่ายตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และให้การสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานหรือร่วมกิจกรรมตามความเหมาะสมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ครูทุกคนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องจำเป็นต้องมีความตระหนักในความสำคัญของระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อนักเรียน และมีความสุขที่จะพัฒนานักเรียนในทุกด้าน คณะกรรมการหรือคณะทำงานทุกคณะ ต้องมีการประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิด และมีการประชุมในแต่ละคณะอย่างสม่ำเสมอตามที่กำหนด ครูที่ปรึกษาเป็นบุคลากรหลักในการดำเนินงาน โดยต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย การอบรมให้ความรู้และทักษะ รวมทั้งการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล ความรู้แก่ครูที่ปรึกษาหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องที่เอื้อประโยชน์ต่อการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในสิ่งที่จำเป็นโดยเฉพาะเรื่องทักษะการปรึกษาเบื้องต้น และแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ของนักเรียนซึ่งโรงเรียนควรดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research aimed to study the problem and guideline development of student assistant system management in Sattahip Commercial Technological College, attached to Office of the Vocational Education Commission, The sample size was used for research namely; Executive Director, Teacher (s), Guardian (s), Student (s) of Sattahip Commercial Technological College, Academic Year 2015, at amounting of 214 persons. The statistics analysis of data consisted of percentage, average value ( ), and standard deviation. The results were as follows: 1. The problem proceeding to student assistant system management in the Sattahip Commercial Technological College, attached to Office of the Vocational Education Commission, as a whole and each aspect, were rated at an intermediate level. When it was considered in each aspect according to the order of the average value from low to high, the first three levels are namely; Acquaintance of Individual Student, Student Transferring and Student Encouragement and Development, respectively. 2. Guideline development of student assistant system management in the Sattahip Commercial Technological College, attached to Office of the Vocational Education Commission is as follows: The School Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director in every division, should realize on the importance of student assistant system management and encourage the proceed of management or joining the activities appropriately, and regularly. All teachers and person involved had to realize on the importance of student assistant system management with good attitude to the student, and being happy to develop the student in all events. The board of Director or all of working groups should cooperate closely and hold the group meeting regularly and specifically. The counseling instructor was the main personnel on management, whereby, obtaining the cooperation from various groups, with knowledge and skill training, including knowledge accessibility to the counseling instructor or the person involved for the advantages on student assistant system management in necessary, especially in the topic of introduction to counseling skills and guidelines for student problem resolution that the school should perform continually and regularly.
