dc.description.abstract	จากการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำทางด้านแบคทีเรียของแม่น้ำบางปะกง โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างจากแม่น้ำบางปะกงช่วงที่ไหลผ่านสะพานรถไฟถึงวัดบางกรูด อำเภอเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา จังหวัด ฉะเชิงเทรา ตั้งแต่เดือนพฤษภาคมถึงเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2535 จำนวน 40 ตัวอย่าง นำมาวิเคราะห์หาจำนวนแบคทีเรียทั้งหมดโดยวิธี standard plate count โคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรีย (coliform bacteria) ฟีคัลโคลิฟอร์ม (fecal coliforms) และ E. coli โดยวิธีเอ็มพีเอ็น (MPN method) รวมทั้งตรวจวิเคราะห์แบคทีเรียก่อเกิดโรคบางชนิด ได้แก่ Salmonella spp. , Shigella spp. , Vibrio cholera , Staphylococcus aureus และ Streptococuss fecalis ด้วยวิธี spread plate เปรียบเทียบกับวิธี membrane filter ปรากฏว่าคุณภาพน้ำด้านแบคทีเรียของแม่น้ำบางปะกงอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของแหล่งน้ำประเภทที่ 3 ที่กำหนดโดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการสิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งชาติ จำนวนโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรียไม่เกิน 5000 MPN / 100 มิลลิลิตร จำนวนฟีคัลโคลิฟอร์มไม่เกิน 2400 MPN / 100 มิลลิลิตร ตรวจพบ E. coli 80 % ของตัวอย่างทั้งหมด ตรวจพบ V. parahaemolyticus โดยวิธี spread plate 7.5% และโดยวิธี membrane filter 17.5% ของตัวอย่างทั้งหมด	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The bacteriological quality Bangpakong River was studied. Fourty sample of water in Muang district were randomly collected during may to August 1992. There samples were analyzed for the total number of bacteria through standard plate count. Coliform bacteria and fecal coliform (E. coli) were analysed using MPN method, whereas pathogenic bacteria were analyzed using spread plate method and millipore filter method. The result of the analysis showed that bacteriological quality of water in Bangpakong River was up to the standard criteria of the third category water resource set by the National Environmental Board ; since, coliform bacteria and fecal coliform did not exceed 5000 MPN / 100 ml. and 2400 MPN / 100 ml. respectively. In addition, the total number of bacteria was between 3900 – 11330 cells / ml. and E. coli was V. parahaemolyticus was found through the user of spread plate method (7.5%) and millipore filter method (17.5%).	en
