| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research & Development) โดยผสมผสานรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ (Mixes Method) การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ พัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินการช่วยเหลือฟื้นฟูจิตใจผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติน้ำท่วมของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ดำเนินการตั้งแต่ ตุลาคม 2554 ถึง พฤษภาคม 2555 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกทะเบียนประวัติผู้รับบริการ แบบบันทึกทะเบียนประวัติผู้รับบริการ แบบบันทึกการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย แบบประเมินการประชุมระดมสมอง แบบวิพากษ์รูปแบบการช่วยเหลือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) และพิสัย ระหว่างควอร์ไทล์ (Inter Quartile Range) การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) สรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบ องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยสามส่วน ได้แก่ กิจกรรมกระบวนการดำเนินการ จำนวน 14 กิจกรรม ส่วนที่สองเป็นกลไกแห่งความสำเร็จในการดำเนินการ ประกอบด้วยคณะบุคคล จำนวน 7 กลุ่ม ส่วนที่สามเป็นส่วนการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย กลุ่มของตัวบ่งชี้เชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิพากษ์รูปแบบการให้การปรึกษาผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติน้ำท่วมที่พัฒนาขึ้น ความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากสอดคล้องกันทุกรายการ โดยกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับการปฐมนิเทศ และกิจกรรมการส่งต่อ มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด (Mdn=4.43) ลองลงมาเป็นกิจกรรมการให้คำปรึกษาและให้การสนับสนุน (Mdn=4.38) ส่วนกิจกรรมมีค่ามัธยฐานต่ำสุด ค่ามัธยฐานเท่ากัน 7 รายการ (Mdn=4.27) ความเหมาะสมของกลไกอยู่ในระดับมาก สอดคล้องกันทุกรายการโดย บุคลากรจากองค์กรอื่น ๆ มีค่ามัธยฐานความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด (Mdn=4.47) ส่วนกลไก มีค่ามัธยฐานต่ำสุด คือบุคลากรจาก ม.บูรพา (Mdn=4.20) ความเหมาะสมของผลการดำเนินงาน พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากสอดคล้องกันทุกรายการ โดยผลในเชิงปริมาณ มีค่ามัธยฐานความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด (Mnd=4.20) ผลงานเชิงคุณภาพมีค่ามัธยฐานต่ำสุด (Mdn=4.11) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study was research and development with a combination of quantitative and qualitative research (Mixed method). This was a research of Faculty of Education, Burapha University, aimed to develop a model for support and revive those who suffer from flood disaster. The research was conducted from October 2010 to May 2011. The instruments consisted of the patient recording form, the small geoup recording form, the brainstorming recording form and the support critique form. The data were analyzed using Frequency, Percentage, Median Inter quartile range and Conten analysis. Conclusions The results of model Elements of the developed model were composed of three parts. The first was a processing event consisted of 14 events. The second part was the mechanism of the implementation composed of seven groups of committee. The third part was the evaluation consisting of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The review of the developed counseling model for flood victims. The appropriateness of the model showed a good fit in the corresponding items. The orientation and forwarding activities were the most appropriate (Mdn=4.43), followed by the counseling and support activity (Mdn=4.38). The lowest median activity were equal 7 (Mdn= 4.27). Appropriate of the mechanisms were in good agreement with each item. The staff from other organizations got most appropriate median (Mdn=4.47). The mechanism that have lowest median was the staff from Burapha University (Mdn=4.20). The appropriateness of operating results showed that there was a reasonable level of consistency in the results for all items in the most appropriate dose median (Mdn=4.20).
