| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาด ของ COVID–19 2) ศึกษาความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของ COVID–19 ของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สังกัดภาควิชาภาษาตะวันตก คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอบแบบออนไลน์ในสถานการณ์ COVID–19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สังกัดภาควิชาภาษาตะวันตก คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 274 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัญหา ความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ COVID–19 โดยแบ่งเป็น 6 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านผู้สอน 2) ด้านเนื้อหาบทเรียน 3) ด้านระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) ด้านระบบการติดต่อสื่อสาร 5) ด้านคุณภาพของเครื่องมือและสื่อการสอน 6) ด้านการวัดผลและการประเมินผล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน T-test และ One-way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยของความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 3.96, S.D. = .69) 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยของความพึงพอใจ ต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 3.76, S.D. = .54) และ 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยของปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (𝑥̅ = 3.01, S.D. = .98) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ สาขาวิชา และชั้นปีที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาดของ COVID–19 ไม่แตกต่างกันและปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศและสาขาวิชาที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านชั้นปีที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were threefold. First, it aimed at exploring the students’ problems in virtual teaching and learning during the pandemic of COVID-19. Also, it examined the students’ expectation and satisfaction with on-line teaching and learning management. Moreover, this study intended to investigate personal factors affecting the students’ expectation and satisfaction toward virtual teaching and learning. The subjects participating in this study were 274 students, studying at Department of Western Languages, Burapha University. The instrument used to collect the data consisted of a questionnaire asking about the students’ problems, expectation, and satisfaction with the teaching-learning management during the pandemic of COVID-19. The questionnaire covered 6 aspects of teaching and learning management, including 1) teachers 2) contents of the lessons 3) systems of learning management 4) communication systems 5) qualities of multimedia and teaching aids, and 6) assessments and evaluation. The statistic tests used to analyze the collected data included percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the study revealed that the students expressed a high level of expectation towards the teachers’ virtual teaching and learning management (X= 3.96, SD=.69). Also, the subjects demonstrated a high level of satisfaction with on-line teaching and learning management (X = 3.76, SD=.54). Moreover, they viewed that the virtual teaching and learning caused difficulties and problems for them at a moderate level (X=3.05, SD=.98). Based on the results from the tests of hypotheses, it was found that there was no difference in the expectation toward on-line teaching and learning management during the pandemic of COVID-19 among the students with different gender, fields of study, and years of study. Also, no differences in the level of satisfaction were found among the students with different gender, and fields of study. Finally, the students with different years of study expressed a different level of satisfaction toward online teaching and learning management during the pandemic of COVID-19 at a significant level of 0.05. | th_TH |
