| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เรื่อง การดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง สำหรับผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรีก่อนและหลังการเข้ารับการอบรม 3) เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติของผู้สูงอายุที่มีต่อหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม เรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง สำหรับผู้สูงอายุก่อนและหลังการเข้ารับการอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้สูงอายุที่เป็นสมาชิกชมรมผู้สูงอายุเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัยในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจเรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองและแบบวัดเจตคติของผู้สูงอายุที่มีต่อหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t - test ชนิด Dependent samples ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หลักสูตรเรื่อง การดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี มีองค์ประกอบดังนี้ 1) สภาพปัญหาและความจำเป็น 2) จุดมุ่งหมาย 3) คุณสมบัติของผู้เข้ารับการอบรม 4) เนื้อหาสาระและหน่วยการเรียนรู้ 5) กิจกรรมการอบรม 6) สื่อประกอบการเรียนรู้ 7) การประเมินผล 8) ตารางฝึกการอบรม 9) ตารางโครงสร้างหลักสูตร 10) แผนการฝึกอบรม ซึ่งหลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นสูงกว่าก่อนการได้รับการอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม โดยภาพรวมเจตคติมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.23 อยู่ในระดับมาก | |

The research instruments were a test on knowledge and understanding about Self - Health Care for The Elderly and questionnaire on attitude towards the training curriculum. The collected data were analysis by mean, standard deviation and t - test (Dependent sample). The results of this research were as follows: 1. The training curriculum on Self - Health Care for the Elderly in Amphoe Mueang, Chonburi was developed comprising the following component: 1) statement of the problem and necessity, 2) purpose of the training curriculum, 3) qualification of trainees, 4) content and learning unit, 5) training curriculum 6) media for the training, 7) evaluation, 8) training schedule 9) course structure, 10) training plan. The Training Curriculum was evaluated as highly effective 2. The elderly knowledge and understanding on Self-Health Care after learning through the training curriculum was higher before the training at the .05 level of significance 3. The elderly attitude towards the training curriculum was at the high level, ( X =4.23) | |
