dc.description.abstract	เด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้าจะช่วยเหลือตนเองได้น้อยจึงส่งผลให้เกิดภาระของผู้ดูแลเด็ก การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายภาระของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้าที่นำเด็กมารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกคลินิกพัฒนาการและพฤติกรรมเด็ก สถาบันราชานุกูล จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 76 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ถึง เดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2562 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของเด็ก แบบสอบถาม การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสอบถามภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้า ซึ่งแบบสอบถามทุกชุดได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเรียบร้อยแล้ว และหาความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือวิจัยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) เท่ากับ .85, .92 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหูคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของเด็กและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมโดยสามารถทำนายภาระของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้าได้ร้อยละ 39.2 (Adjust R 2 = .375, p< .001) ซึ่งปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายได้ดีที่สุด คือ ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของเด็ก สามารถทำนายภาระของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้าได้ร้อยละ 23.7 (B = -.441, p< .001) และปัจจัยตัวที่สองคือ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ร้อยละ 15.5 (B = -.396, p< .001) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้เสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้า โดยเน้นความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของเด็กและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมแก่ผู้ดูแลเด็กเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลเด็กที่มีพัฒนาการล่าช้าให้มีมากขึ้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	Children with delayed development have less ability to look after themselves.Self-help will result in a burden for the caregiver of children. This predictive correlational research aimed to examine factors predicting of burden of caregivers for children with delayed development. A convenience sampling was used to recruit 76 caregivers of children with delayed development who brought their children to received service at the outpatient department of the Child Development and Behavior Clinic of Rajanukul Institute, Bangkok. Data collection was carried out from May to June 2019. Research instruments consisted of a demographic questionnaire, the child self-care ability scale, the social support questionnaire and the burden of caregivers of children with delayed development questionnaire for. Their Cronbach's alpha reliability were .85, .92 and .93, respectively. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, and Multiple Linear Regression. Results revealed that child self-care and social support accounted for 39.2% (Adjust R 2 = .375, p< .001) of variance in the prediction burden of the caregivers children with delayed development.Which the factors that can predict the best are Self-care ability of children Can predict the burden of caregivers of children with delayed development accounted for 23.7% (B = -.441, p< .001) And the second factor is social support accounted for 15.5% (B = -.396, p< .001) This finding suggests that nurses should develop an intervention to care for children with delayed development by focusing on the child's self-care ability and social support for caregivers in order to enhance effectiveness of caringfor children with delayed developmen
