dc.description.abstract	การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ และ 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของปะชาชนในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยโดยชุมชน ในเขตเทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 400 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบบง่าย และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ใช้สถิติ t-test และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 403 คน เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.82 และเป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 42.18 มีอายุส่วนใหญ่อยู่ระหว่าง 21-30 ปี ร้อยละ 61.79 สถานภาพการสมรส เป็นโสด ร้อยละ 70.97 การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.)/ อนุปริญญา มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 41.44 ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างทั่วไปเป็นส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 36.97โดยมีรายได้ระหว่าง 15,001-20,000 บาท (ร้อยละ 22.58) และส่วนใหญ่อาศัยอยู่ใน เทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ตั้งแต่ 6-10 ปี ร้อยละ 49.13 การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย พบว่า 1. ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X =3.31, SD= 0.92) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X =3.42,SD = 0.73) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X =3.45, SD = 0.79) และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับมาก ( X =3.41, SD = 0.77) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็น การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย พบว่า เพศที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นในการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการปฏิบัติ ด้านการรับผลประโยชน์ และด้านการประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระดับ .05 อายุที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นในการมีส่วนร่วมด้านนการตัดสินใจ การรับผลประโยชน์ และการประเมินผล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระดับ .05 รายได้เฉลี่ยที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นในการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติ และการประเมินผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 สำหรับสถานะสมรส ระดับการศึกษาอาชีพ และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลที่แตกต่างกัน มีความเห็นต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในทุกด้านต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study were; 1. To study the participation of people in waste management of Chaoprayasurasak city municipality. 2. To compare public participation in solid waste management of Chaoprayasurasak city municipality. Using questionnaires as a research tool. A sample group total 400 people were selected by simple random sampling method and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis. And T-test was used to analyze and one-way Anova. The result was showed that sample 403 people respondents were female, accounting for 57.82 percent, and male 42.18 percent, most were between 21-30 years (61.79 percent), marital status was single (70.97 percent), study in High Vocational Diploma the most 41.44 percent, most of them are in general employment (39.97 percent), the income average 15,001-20,000 Baht (22.58 percent) and most of them live in in Chaoprayasurasak municipality from 6-10 years (49.13 percent). For public participation in waste management showed that: In participation of making decision was at medium level ( X =3.31, S.D =0.92). in participation the operation was as high level ( X = 3.42, SD = 0.73), in participation in evaluation in the high level ( X = 3.45, SD = 0.79) and participation in evaluation is at high level ( X =3.41, SD =0.77). The result of the hypothesis testing comparing by differences between the average opinions of the people participation in the waste management, found the gender is different having opinions about participations practice, benefit, and evaluation different at 0.5 level. Differences in age have different opinion in participation in decision making, benefit receiving and evaluation at 0.5 level as significantly. Different income there is have different opinion in participation in decision making, benefit receiving and evaluation at 0.5 level as significantly. For marital status, education level, occupation, and duration of living in different municipalities, there are significant differences in opinion on participation in all aspects at 0.5 level.
