dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทย และเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการสร้างความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตที่เหมาะสมของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1. เกษตรกรที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทย 3 จังหวัด ได้แก่ 1. จังหวัดชลบุรี 2. จังหวัดระยอง และ 3. จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 384 ตัวอย่าง และ 2. ผู้ให้ข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ได้แก่ เกษตรอำเภอ นักวิชาการด้าน พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกร พาณิชย์จังหวัด ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มกำกับและพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจการค้าผู้จัดการธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์และตัวแทนเกษตรกร จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 10 ท่าน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ประมวลผลด้วย โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. เกษตรกรที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีระดับของความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทยโดยรวมนั้น มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ประเด็น โดยสามารถเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านอาหารรองลงมา คือ ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย และด้านครอบครัวและความสุขในชีวิต ตามลำดับ และมีประเด็นที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางอีก 3 ประเด็น โดยสามารถเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ ด้านความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินรองลงมา คือ ด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย และด้านอาชีพ ตามลำดับ 2. ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก ได้แก่ ด้านชุมชนและสังคม ด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านนโยบายรัฐบาล มีอิทธิพลต่อความมั่นคงในการดำ รงชีวิตของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .053. ด้าน หลักคิดพื้นฐานในการดำรงอาชีพเกษตรกร ด้านความพอประมาณ ด้านการมีความรู้ด้านการมีภูมิคุ้มกัน และด้านการมีคุณธรรม มีอิทธิพลต่อความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .054. ความสามารถในกระบวนการการจัดการการประกอบเกษตรกรรม ด้านการจัดการ ด้านการผลิต และด้านการตลาด มีอิทธิพลต่อความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 5. แนวทางในการสร้างความมั่นคงในการดำรงชีวิตที่เหมาะสมของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมของประเทศไทยนั้น หน่วยงานภาครัฐต้องให้ความสำคัญกับการนำเกษตรกรเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกัยการดำเนินยุทธศาสตร์เกษตร และสหกรณ์ ระยะ 20 ปีให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาความสามารถในการหาตลาดเพื่อรับซื้อสินค้าทางการเกษตรของกลุ่มเกษตรกร ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศเน้นความต่อเนื่องของนโยบายการพัฒนาภาคการเกษตร และหน่วยงานภาครัฐต้องประสานงานร่วมมือกับสถาบันด้านศึกษา สถาบันทางการเงิน เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาศักยภาพในการพึ่งพาตนเองของเกษตรกรในประเทศไทย

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to study the security level of agriculturalists in the industry area of Thailand, to study the factors that influence the stability of the livelihood of agriculturalists in the industry area of Thailand, and to propose guidelines for creating a stable life suitable for agriculturalists in the industry area of Thailand. The sample groups used in this research is divided into 2groups, namely:1. Agriculturalists living in the 3 provinces of the industry area of Thailand, namely: 1. Chon Buri, 2. Rayong, and 3. Chachoengsao, consisting of 384 samples; and 2. Data providers for the in-depth interviews including agricultural district officers, academics for quality of life for agriculturalists, provincial commerce, director of trade and economic development groups, manager of the Bank Manager for Agriculture and Cooperatives, and representatives of agriculturalists, totaling 10 persons. Data analysis is processed using statistical software packages. The statistics used are Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. In hypothesis testing, the multiple linear regression analysis (MRA) is used with the coefficient of determination (R2), and the statistical significance level is set at 0.05. The results of the research are as follows: 1. The agriculturalists who answer most of the questionnaires have a moderate level of stability in their livelihoods in the industry area of Thailand. When considered individually, it was found at the high level of 3issues, in descending order as follows: food, followed by housing, and family and happiness in life respectively, and there were 3issues that were at the medium level in descending order as follows: safety in life and property, followed by physical health and occupation respectively. 2. External environment factors including communities and societies, natural resources and the environment, and government policies that influence the security of livelihoods of the agriculturalists in the industry area of Thailand with statistical significance at the level of .05. 3. Fundamental concepts of occupation agriculturalists, moderation, knowledge, immunity, and morality influence the stability of the life of the agriculturalists in the industry area of Thailand with statistical significance at the level of .05. 4. The ability of the agricultural process management, administration, production, and marketing, influence the stability of the agriculturalists in the industry area of Thailand with statistical significance at the level of .05; and5. the agriculturalists in the industry area of Thailand, the government must pay attention to the importance of bringing the agriculturalists to be involved in the implementation of the 20-year agricultural strategy, paying attention to the development of the ability to find markets for agricultural products both domestically and internationally, emphasizing the continuation of agricultural development policies, and government agencies must cooperate with educational institutions, financial institutions, to jointly develop the self-reliance of agriculturalists in Thailand.
