dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารกับ ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนบูรพาวิทยา ชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการ ส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนบูรพาวิทยา ชลบุรี สังกัด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 80 คน โดยกำหนด ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610) และทำการสุ่มแบบ แบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามชั้นเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการใช้อำนาจ ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนบูรพาวิทยา ชลบุรี และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ของครู มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .40-.89 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนบูรพาวิทยา ชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนบูรพาวิทยา ชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงาน คณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจกับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนบูรพาวิทยา ชลบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยรวม มีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between using power of school administrators and teacher’s job satisfaction in Buraphawittaya Chonburi school under Office of the Private Education Commission. The sample included teachers in Buraphawittaya Chonburi school under Office of the Private Education Commission, in the academic year of 2018. The sample size estimation was based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970), the sample, derived by means of stratified random sampling, according to classroom, consisted of 80 teachers. The instrument used for collecting data was five-rating scale questionnaire, which was divided into 2 parts; the using power of school administrators in Buraphawittaya Chonburi school, and teacher’s job satisfaction. The discrimination power of the questionnaire was between .40-.89 and the reliability was .94. The data were analyzed by a computer program; using mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation. The research results were as follows: 1. The using power of school administrators and teacher’s job satisfaction in Buraphawittaya Chonburi school under Office of the Private Education Commission, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level. 2. The teacher’s job satisfaction in Buraphawittaya Chonburi school under Office of the Private Education Commission, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level. 3. The relationship between using power of school administrators and teacher’s job satisfaction in Buraphawittaya Chonburi school under Office of the Private Education Commission correlated at high level with the .01 level of significance.
