dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการเครื่อง VTM ของพนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการใช้บริการทางการเงินที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการเครื่อง VTM ของพนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรีและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการเครื่อง VTM ของพนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรีโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุ ในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรีที่มีอายุ 45-59 ปี จำนวน 400 ชุด โดยการแจกแบบสอบถามให้กับพนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 200 ชุด ร่วมกับการเก็บแบบสอบถามออนไลน์กับพนักงานวัยทำงานงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 200 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple linear regression analysis) โดยการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่า เพศชาย มีอายุอยู่ในช่วง 45-49 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนและมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนมากกว่า 50,001 บาทขึ้นไป และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ด้านคุณลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์พบว่า ระดับการศึกษาและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน มีผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการเครื่อง VTM ของพนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรีแตกต่างกันส่วนปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการใช้บริการทางการเงิน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงิน มีผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการเครื่อง VTM ของพนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรีแตกต่างกัน และปัจจัยด้านความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีพบว่า ความคาดหวังในการใช้เทคโนโลยีอิทธิพลของสังคม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้งาน และความกังวลในการใช้เทคโนโลยีมีผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการเครื่อง VTM ของพนักงานวัยทำงานก่อนเกษียณอายุในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนครจังหวัดชลบุรีแตกต่างกัน

dc.description.abstractalternative	This quantitative research has the following objective; 1) to study the demographic characteristics that affect the intention to use the VTM machines of the elderly employees who are pre-retirees in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate; 2) to study the forms of financial services that affect the VTM service intention of the employees in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate; 3) to study the readiness of using technology that affect the intention to use the VTM machines of the employees in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chon Buri. Questionnaires were used as a tool for data collection. The sample was 400 elderly employees who are pre-retirees working in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chon Buri, aged 45-59 years. Hard copies of the questionnaires, a total of 200, were distributed them, whilst the other 200 were responded online by the rest of the respondents working in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chon Buri. Statistics used in data analysis were t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA) and Multiple Linear Regression analysis. It was found that the majority of the sample were female, aged 45-49 years. They obtained a Bachelor’s Degree and have been an employee in a private company. The average monthly income was more than 50,001 Baht. The hypothesis testing with regard to demographic characteristics showed that the educational level and average monthly income effected the intention difference of the elderly employees who are pre-retirees to use VTM machines in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chon Buri. The aspect of the financial service forms revealed that the access to financial services effected the intention difference of the elderly employees who are pre-retirees to use VTM machines in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chon Buri. The factor of technology readiness availability, i.e. the expectation for using technology, social influences, user-friendly interface, and technology concerns affected the intention difference of the elderly employees who are pre-retirees to use VTM machines in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chon Buri
