การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะศึกษาต้นทุนการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยมุ่งศึกษาต้นทุนรวมการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นหน่วยงาน
ของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาที่บางแสน ประเภทคณะและสำนัก ที่เป็นหน่วยงานหลักและหน่วยงานรองในการผลิตบัณฑิต จำนวน 7 คณะ 3 สำนัก โดยใช้ข้อมูลรายจ่ายจริง จำนวนบุคลากร จำนวนพื้นที่ จำนวนนิสิต และจำนวนนิสิตเต็มเวลา (FTES) เป็นข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2546-กันยายน 2549 โดยใช้แบบสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft excel และ SPSS for Window ในการหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าร้อยละ ทดสอบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยของต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาที่มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างมากกว่า 2 กลุ่ม โดยใช้ One-way ANOVA
จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ต้นทุนรวมการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา
เป็นเงิน 777,903,175 บาท ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา เป้นเงิน 102,004 บาท เมื่อเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยได้ดังนี้ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ 278,752 บาท คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ 217,197 บาท คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ 193,695 บาท คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ 153,175 บาท คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ 99,273 บาท คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ 80,325 บาท และคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ 54,840 บาท โดยพบว่าคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตสูงกว่าคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ และคณะมนุษยศาตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตต่ำกว่าคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ และคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตต่ำกว่าคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตสูงกว่าคณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตต่ำกว่าคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 กลุ่มกิจกรรมจัดการเรียนด้านวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพมีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิบัณฑิตสูงกว่ากลุ่มกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนด้านสังคมศาสตร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ปีงบประมาณต่างกัน ทำให้มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาไม่แตกต่างกัน |

The purpose of this research is to study the cost of bachalor production of Burapha University. Seven faculties and three institutes of Burapha University were selected as the source of data samples. Data of actual expenses, a number of staffs, building area, a number of students and full-time equivalent students (FTES) were collected from October 2003 to September 2006 by using questionnaires and were statistically analyzed by using Microsoft Excel and SPSS for Windows. In the student, the total cost and the unitcost of bachelor production were considered, together with the comparison of the unit cost of bachelor production among faculties. The data were analyzed based on the descriptive statistical techniques, which are the mean, standard deviation, the percentage. In case there are from more than two different source, the data were examinined in the differences of the mean by using One-way ANOVA.
The results of the analysis show the total cost per year of the bachelor production of burapha University is 777}903175 Baht and the unit cost of the bachelor production is 102,004 Baht; Faculty of Nursing 278,752 Baht, Faculty of Engineering 217,197 Baht, Faculty of Public Health 193,695 Baht, Faculty of Education 153,175 Baht, Faculty of Science 99,273 Baht, Faculty of Fine and Applied art 80,325 Baht and Faculty of Humanities and Social Science 54,840 Baht. The unit cost bachelor production of Faculty of Nurse is greater than those of Faculty of Humanities and Social Science, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts and Faculty of Education with the level of significance of 0.05 Faculty of Humanities and Social Science is less than those of faculty of engineering, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Public health with the level of significance of 0.05. Faculty of Science is less than those of Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Public Health with the level of siginficance of 0.05. Faculty of Engineering is greater than Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts with the level of significance of 0.05. Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts is less than Faculty of Public Health with the level of significance of 0.05. The unit cost of the bachelor production from the area of health science is greater than that from the area of Social Science with the level of significance of 0.05. In addition, it is found that the unit cost of bachelor production does not vary so much among the different fiscal years. |
