dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ศึกษาถึงความรู้ความเข้าใจหลักปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานและความรู้ ความสามารถในการเผยแผ่การปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานของพระสังฆาธิการในระดับท้องถิ่นของอําเภอเมืองระยอง จังหวัดระยอง ตั้งแต่ระดับเจ้าคณะตําบลถึงเจ้าคณะจังหวัด โดยอาศัยการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive research) กล่าวคือ การใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลของความรู้ความเข้าใจหลักปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานและความรู้ความสามารถใน การเผยแผ่การปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐาน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) ในการศึกษาแนวคิดทัศนคติที่มาจากประสบการณ์ของพระสังฆาธิการ อีกทั้งยังศึกษาถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดจากการเผยแผ่งานทางด้านพระพุทธศาสนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ข้อมูลความรู้ความเข้าใจในการเผยแผ่การปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานของพระสังฆาธิ- การในพื้นที่เขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อําเภอเมืองระยอง จังหวัดระยอง ผลการสํารวจ มีค่าเฉลี่ย โดยรวม 3.615 มีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.541 และมีรายละเอียดจําแนกตามหัวข้อคําถามมีค่าเฉลี่ย อยู่ในช่วง 3.29 -3.93 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ในช่วง 0.45 - 0.63 2. ข้อมูลความรู้ความสามารถในการเผยแผ่การปฏิบัติวิปัสสนากรรมฐานของพระสังฆาธิการในพื้นที่เขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์อําเภอเมืองระยอง จังหวัดระยอง ผลการสํารวจมีค่าเฉลี่ย โดยรวม 3.296 มีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.515 และมีรายละเอียดจําแนกตามหัวข้อคําถามมีค่าเฉลี่ย อยู่ในช่วง 3.00 -3.64 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ในช่วง 0.45 - 0.61 3. จากข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการหาสาเหตุของปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่มาจากการเผยแผ่ ฯ พบว่า คุณสมบัติของพระวิปัสสนาจารย์หรือพระผู้ทําหน้าที่เผยแผ่ควรมีการรับรองและมีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมในการรับเลือกให้ทําหน้าที่นี้คือ ทางด้านจริยวัตรและความรู้ความสามารถในการเข้าใจและประยุกต์การปฏิบัติให้เข้ากับสภาพของแต่ละบุคคลและสภาพแวดล้อมนั้น ๆ ได้ดี

dc.description.abstractalternative	In this research, knowledge and skill of practice insight meditating propagation of the ecclesiastical administrative officers in Muang Rayong district were investigated by using descriptive method analysis including 1. Quantitative for study the knowledge of the practice insight meditating and the skill propagation of the ecclesiastical administrative officers. 2. Qualitative for study the attitudes of propagation, problems and odstacles that arise from the practice insight meditating propagation in Muang Rayong district. The results are as follow: 1. The knowledge of practice insight meditation. The results of the survey were 3.615 total average and 0.541 total standard deviations, and the averages were in the range of 3.29 - 3.93 and the standard deviations ranged from 0.45 to 0.63. 2. The skill to propagate practice insight meditation. The results of the survey were 3.296 total average and 0.515 standard deviation, and the averages were in the range of 3.00 - 3.64 and the standard deviations ranged from 0.45 to 0.61. Thus, the skills of personal information about the knowledge and propagating are not significantly different. 3. The qualitative data for determining the cause of the problems and the obstacles that arise from the practice insight meditating. It is found that the personal properties of the Vipassana or propagator should be certified and qualified to be chosen for this function. The ability to understand and apply to the individual and the state of society should be in the Vipassana and the ecclesiastical administrative officers.
