dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 1 อำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 1 อำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวนประชากร 217 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607 - 610) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 159 คน จากนั้นดำเนินการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามเพศ ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อของแบบสอบถามระหว่าง .53 - .80 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของ แบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .98 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check list) และแบบสอบถามค่าความคิดเห็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale questionnaires) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ คะแนนเฉลี่ย (X ̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 1 อำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างบารมี ด้านการกระตุ้น การใช้ปัญญา และด้านการมุ่งความสัมพันธ์เป็นรายบุคคล 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 1 อำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า โดยรวม และรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05โดยครูเพศหญิงมีทัศนะต่อภาวะผู้นำ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสูงกว่าครูเพศชาย ทั้งนี้อาจเป็นเพราะว่า ผู้บริหารมีความใกล้ชิดกับครูเพศหญิง ในเรื่องของการทำงานมากกว่าครูเพศชาย โดยผู้บริหารจะมอบหมายงานให้ครูเพศหญิงมากกว่าครูเพศชาย เนื่องจากครูเพศหญิงมีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดของการทำงาน และมีความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน จึงทำให้มีโอกาส ได้ทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารมากกว่าครูเพศชาย 3. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนบางละมุง 1 อำเภอบางละมุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and compare the leadership of schools administrators perceived by teachers in cluster of Banglamung 1 school in Bamglamung district under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 which is classified by gender and teaching experience. The research sample was 159 teachers from the total of 217 teachers in cluster of Banglamung 1 school in Bamglamung district under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research sample was determined by Krejcie & Morgan’s table (Krejcie & Morgan 1970, pp. 607 - 610). After that, the research sample was random by Stratified random sampling according to the teachers’ genders. The discriminative power of the questionnaire was between .53 - .80. The reliability of questionnaire was at .98. The research instruments were checklist and a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were Mean (X ̅), Standard Deviation (SD), and t-test. The research results were: 1. The leadership of schools administrators perceived by teachers in cluster of Banglamung 1 school in Bamglamung district under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. Arranging in descending order, the aspect were influence gaining, wisdom encouragement, individual relationship focus. 2. The comparison of the leadership of schools administrators perceived by teachers in cluster of Banglamung 1 school in Bamglamung district under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by gender found that the overall and each aspects were different at 0.5 statistical significance. The female teachers perceived the leadership of schools administrators more than male teachers. 3. The relationship between transformational leadership of the schools administrators and academic affair of schools in Bangkhuntien District under the Office Bangkok Metropolitan Administration is positive in overall and each aspect were at a high level with statistical significance at .01 level.
