dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาวการณ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน นอกระบบ หลักสูตรการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวทาง EdPEx สำหรับหลักสูตรการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 3) เพื่อตรวจสอบการยอมรับรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวทาง EdPEx สำหรับหลักสูตรการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ โดยศึกษาจากเอกสาร, การสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 17 คน, แบบสอบถาม (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ สำหรับผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 128 โรงเรียน จากนั้นนำไปสอบถามผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 15 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group discussion) เพื่อตรวจสอบการยอมรับรูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวทาง EdPEx สำหรับหลักสูตร การดูแลผู้สูงอายุ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่ามัธยฐาน (Mdn) และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอร์ไทล์ (IQR) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาวการณ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ หลักสูตรการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ ตามเนื้อหาของเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ EdPEx มี 7 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) การนำองค์กร 2) การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ 3) การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียน 4) การวัด การวิเคราะห์และ การจัดการความรู้ 5) การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร 6) การมุ่งเน้นระบบปฏิบัติการ และ 7) ผลลัพธ์ 2. รูปแบบการบริหารตามแนวทาง EdPEx สำหรับหลักสูตรการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ คือ คู่มือและเครื่องมือเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ EdPEx ที่มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสมและเป็นประโยชน์ 3. ผลการตรวจสอบการยอมรับคู่มือและเครื่องมือเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อ การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ EdPEx พบว่า คู่มือและเกณฑ์ ตัวบ่งชี้ KPI คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อ การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ EdPEx สำหรับหลักสูตรการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ มีความเหมาะสมและอยู่ในระดับมาก

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to; 1) study the situation of management of non-formal elderly care curriculum of private school, 2) create the management model for elderly care curriculum, 3) evaluate the management model for elderly care curriculum. The data collection was done through documentary study, an in-depth- interview with 17 experts, 5 level rating scale questionnaire for administrator of 128 schools and 15 professional educations, and focus group discussion to evaluate the management model for elderly care curriculum. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean ( ) standard deviation (SD) median (Mdn) and interquartile range (IQR). The results were as follows; 1. The situation of management model for elderly care curriculum of non-formal education of the private school for Education Criteria for Performance Excellence composed of 7 major constructions, namely; 1) leadership 2) strategic planning 3) student focus 4) measurement analysis and knowledge management 5) faculty and staff focus 6) process management and, 7) performing results. 2. The management model for the elderly care curriculum of non-formal private school was that the handbook and tools were accurate, appropriate and useful. 3. The evaluation of the management model for elderly care curriculum of non-formal private school was found that the handbook and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) were rated at highly appropriate.
