dc.description.abstract	ความสุขของผู้สูงอายุเป็นเครื่องบ่งชี้ที่สำคัญในการดำเนินชีวิต และเกี่ยวข้องกับหลายปัจจัยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสุขและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสุขของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน เขตตำบลปลวกแดง จังหวัดระยองกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด จำนวน 107 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งได้เป็น 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบวัดความสุข 3) แบบวัดการรับรู้ความสามารถของตน 4) แบบวัดการมองโลกในแง่ดี 5) แบบวัดพลังสุขภาพจิต 6) แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ซึ่งค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบวัดที่ 2-5 เท่ากับ .82, .80, .70, .80 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความสุขอยู่ในระดับสูง (M= 4.72,SD= .18) ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน พบว่า การมองโลกในแง่ดีและพลังสุขภาพจิตสามารถร่วมกัน ทำนายความสุขของผู้สูงอายุในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ร้อยละ 18.6 โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสุขของผู้สูงอายุมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การมองโลกในแง่ดี (β = -.728, p< .001) รองลงมาคือ พลังสุขภาพจิต (β = .202, p< .01) ส่วนการรับรู้ความสามารถของตน และสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวไม่สามารถทำนายความสุขได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p>.05) ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ รวมทั้งพยาบาลในการวางแผนหรือออกแบบโปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมความสุขของผู้สูงอายุ โดยเน้นการส่งเสริมการมองโลกในแง่ดีและพลังสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุเหล่านี้

dc.description.abstractalternative	Happiness is one of essential indicators in the lives of older adults and related with multiple factors. This predictive correlational study aimed at investigating happiness and its influencing factors among the older adults residing in the community of Pluakdang Subdistrict, Rayong province. Participants were 107 older adults who met the inclusion criteria and were recruited in the study by simple random sampling technique. Research instruments can be divided into 6 parts including 1) general information questionnaire, 2) happiness scale, 3) Perceived self-efficacy scale, 4) Optimism scale, 5) resilience scale, and 6) Family relationship scale. The scales (no. 2-6) yielded Cronbach’s alpha of .81, .80, .70, .80 and .82 respectively. Descriptive statistics, Pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression were employed for data analyses. The results revealed that older adults reported happiness at a high level (M = 4.72, SD = .18). Result of stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that optimism and resilience together explained 18.6 percent of variance in happiness (F = 13.998, p< .001). The most significant factor was optimism (β = .728, p< .001) followed by resilience (β = .202, p< .01). Whereas perceived self-efficacy and family relationship could not significantly predict happiness of the sample in this study (p> .05). The results obtained from this study could be used as a baseline data for the health personnel including nurses to plan and develop program aimed at enhancing happiness by placing an emphasis on promoting optimism and resilience among these older adults.
