dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจ พอเพียงของโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 43 สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 43 สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2560 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-608) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 144 คน โดยใช้ วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ลักษณะของแบบสอบถามเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .34-.78 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และเมื่อพบความแตกต่าง ทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD (Least significant difference) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 43 สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความพอประมาณ ด้านความมีเหตุผล และด้านภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดี 2. การดำเนินงานตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 43 สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare the implementation of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of schools in cluster 43, Nongchok District Office under Bangkok Metropolis, as classified by educational qualifications, working experiences, and school size. Based on Krejcie & Morgan Table of Sample Size (1970), the sample of the study, derived by means of stratified random sampling using school size as a criterion, consisted of 144 school administrators and teachers of schools in cluster 43, Nongchok District Office under Bangkok Metropolis, in the academic year of 2017. A 30-item, 5-level rating-scale questionnaire, having the discriminating power of items between .34-.78 and the reliability at .94, was used as an instrument for data collection. Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. In the case that statistically significant differences was found among the variables, Least Significant Difference paring comparison method would be applied. The findings revealed as follows: 1. The implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of schools in cluster 43, Nongchok District Office under Bangkok Metropolis, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, was found at a high level. Ranking from moderation, reasonableness, and resilience. 2. These was no statistically significant difference toward the implementation of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy among teachers and staff haring different education background, work experience or working in the different size of schools.
