การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา และแนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงาน การประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 39 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 39 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 76 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .27 - .72 มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t - test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1. ปัญหาการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 39 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านการการจัดทำรายงานคุณภาพการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 39 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น จำแนก ตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน ด้านการจัดทำรายงานคุณภาพการศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายที่ 39 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ควรดำเนินการดังนี้ เชิญวิทยากรมืออาชีพมาชี้แจง ให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเตรียมพร้อมในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายใน นำผลการประเมินไปใช้จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติงานในภาคเรียนหรือปีการศึกษาต่อไป และมีการวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ผลการประเมิน จำแนกตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา |

The purpose of this research were 1) to investigate the problems, and 2) present guideline for the development of internal quality assurance of schools in the network group 39 under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample consisted of 76 Administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a 5 point-rating-scale questionnaire. the discrimination power of this questionnaire was between .27 - .72 and the reliability was .94. Data was analyzed by mean, ( ) Standard Deviation (SD), t - test, and One-way ANOVA. The findings were as follows. 1. The problems of internal quality assurance of the school in the network group 39 under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, overall and each aspect, were found at a moderate level, except the quality of self assessment reports which was found at a low level. 2. The comparison of internal quality assurance problems of schools in the network group 39 under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration as classified by education level, work experience and the size of the school, overall and each aspect, showed no statistically significance; except when classified by work experience of the sample. It showed that the self assessment report was statistically significance; different at .05 level. 3. The guidelines for the development of quality assurance of schools in the network group 39, under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration are 1) It is necessary to invite experts to advise hour the schools should prepare for their quality assurance. The evaluation result should be used to guide and plan what they way need to do in their next semester or academic year. The schools, in addition, should analyze and synthesize the results on each indicator according to each Educational Standard. |
